Very disappointed. Went to get something very important notarized just to find out it was signed in the incorrect spot. Very inconvenient and lack of training on UPS end.

I went into this location on Friday, June 22nd! I was so impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of the employees! I had gone here as a plan B to my printing needs. I had already gone to a Staples in need of printing a memorial card for my mom’s memorial service, which was to happen on Saturday. Staples employees were extremely rude and told me they couldn’t have this ready until Saturday afternoon. The memorial service was scheduled for 1:30 pm on Saturday! A young man by the name of Zach assisted me. When I told him my dilemma he responded that he could have this printed for me in 15 minutes! I said, “I’ll wait!” He was the most efficient and courteous young man! Mr Zach has definitely won my business! I will go out of my way to return to this location if I have a need again. I witnessed so many come and go in the time that I waited. Everyone at this location worked together professionally and efficiently! Great job UPS for hiring the right team to operate this location!

I know it's impossible for companies to ensure they're not employing racists but it makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable to interact with a rep who makes it soooo obvious, that upon walking out, a black man whispered to me "wow that was blatant".

The attitudes and the eye rolling of the staff here was a complete turn off. I did not feel welcomed at all. Negative energy.. I normally utilize the Broad Street UPS but decided to try this location. Never again.. Laurine definitely needs to attend a customer service class as she looked at me like I was inconveniencing her and never greeted me with a simple hello. Whoever the manager was ( dark curly hair - locked the door at closing ) demonstrated the biggest eye roll towards a customer who was mailing a large painting. He was so busy rolling his eyes, he didn’t notice me looking at his lack of customer service. What was equally interesting was that the same employee tripped over items behind the counter and almost fell, right after the big eye roll towards a paying customer. It pays to be kind to people. I thought packing & shipping was supposed to be a part of the services UPS provides, why look a person up and down and shake your head like he did something wrong. Disappointing.. I will head back to the UPS on Broad Street. First impressions last..

The gentleman I dealt with at as very helpful and courteous.. I've never had an issue with UPS and have shipped many items with them.
