They rarely speak to incoming customers. I was there for 20 minutes and no one offered to assist me. I also think it’s strange that I had points about to EXPIRE that cashier didn’t even mention.?

Came in to buy cologne and was treated like a shoplifter. The sales person needed to take the cologne I wanted and put it behind the counter even though I told her I was going to check out. Nobody greeted me when I came in either, so all around bad customer service.

I have mixed feelings bout this place . At times I go in an they are super friendly then other times they all make me feel like I’m not good enough for their time soo there ya go depends on the day of the eeek I suppose

If you need your hair done, Ashley Rudd is the person to go to!! So sweet and friendly but also does an amazing job. Definitely an expert with a pair of shears and color!!

I have made a review before, but what I noticed from reading many others. This place has a long list of cashier's mishandling people (Blacks and Hispanic). When more than one person keeps repeating over and over there is a racism issue at this store. You would think the regional manager would look at the store manager and the cashier's they hire and see why does this store have a long list of years of racial discrimination reviews and complaints. I guess ULTA doesn't care. They're still getting money and having ignorant cashier's and managers is okay as long it's not the white people they are doing to. I'd rather shop at Sephora. I wouldn't even shop online with them knowing this stores history.

Racist Cashier!!!!! I had to come back to exchange a defective perfume bottle.Eden questioned me as if I was a crook. Funny thing the Korean couple came in right in front of me for the same thing. She greeted them well and told her to exchange and just leave. Wow Racist!!!! So I needed some face wash, which I did get. I stepped in line to check out. She was looking at the manager hoping the manager would get me instead of her. Unfortunately for her she got me. I told her also the girl who updated my account didn't have my name correct. She fixed the account, but then she starts questioning me about my purchase. Asking what did I get on my initial purchase. You ugly trash how dare you!. Then she kept messing with the system and my credit card didn't work so I had to use my debit card. The worst experience ever!!!! Some black people actually do work and pay for the things they want. Thieves come in every race, NOT JUST BLACK. She's trash for the way she treated me verse how she treated the Korean couple who wanted to do the same thing. Oh and she called to the back for them to watch me!!!!. Racist!!! POS

My experience on Monday night in this store was incredible. Courtney, the manager helped me and her knowledge about perfume and other items in the store was spot on. I shop at this beauty brand store a lot and out of all the stores that I’ve ever been to Courtney, the manager was spot on when I’ve asked her about 10 different items in the store purchasing for other people me and my friend had the greatest experience I wish all Alta employees had her knowledge friendliness and exceptional understanding of Knowledge and needing help she is an incredible asset, and will drive out of the way just to come to the store 30 minutes the store was clean the other associates were and what a great experience I even was in the Before closing didn’t feel rushed and was treated Incredible thank you and thank you to the rest of the members of that team. You guys are awesome. ?

I love this place so much every time I walk in. I find everything that I came for and there's always at least something I walk out with and They always have The right shade I always look for and I literally leave the store with a lot of stuff and i'm just really obsessed and so I recommend this place if you are like a makeup person.

I love this spot so much and I've been reading other reviews and I don't know what y'all been saying " the staff is rude" no they were not the staff here is so nice and helpful and will take their time helping you and the spot is really clean and neat and like always in stock, a little expensive but perfect always coming back!!!
