The Lady on the phone was very rude. This was my first time renting a U Haul and it will definitely be my last. Tried to call about some extra charges I had on my bill and was cut off by her before I could even finish my sentence. I will NEVER rent from this place again. I hope no one else goes through the horrible experience that I did.

If I can give them zero review I would have. Ridiculous place. I was charge $125 for just 2:30 minute within the same area. I picked up a mattress I purchased from mattress firm at debbie lane mansfield tx and dropped it of at Mansfield Tx on 360 south. And after I refill the fuel and drop it off same day. They charge me $125 total the next day for no reason at all. Wow I’m short of words

Do NOT rent from this location. They failed to include my dollies and furniture pads and were closed during normal business hours when I was scheduled to pick up my truck. Knapp Sisters is around the corner and exceedingly professional. They were able to rectify the situation caused by Reynolds Trust.

These reviews can not be true. Uhaul should terminate their contract with this dealer. I had the worse and most frustrating experience with this uhal rental company. For this to be my first time renting with Uhaul, this experience made me hope that it would be my last. First, I did not choose this particular dealer to get my rental. I was sent to this dealer because the original dealer that I chose did not do one way drop offs. In fact, I saw this dealer online and did not chose it because of the reviews and the presentation. The facility looks like Texas Chainsaw Massacre!!! When I arrived, there was an older woman there that waited on me (who had no idea of what she was doing). She first informs me that she only had one of the additional equipment pieces that I needed, and I ordered 5 things online. This was disappointing because she could have called me before I arrived and informed me of this. I then had to call around to other uhaul places to find the dollies and things that I initially needed for my move. I decided to go ahead and just rent the Uhaul truck from them and go to another Uhaul company to get the dollies (which was in Arlington). I really wish I could have gotten my rental from the Arlington location because they were more professional. However, they were sold out of rental trucks. So the older lady takes my reservation and she gives me a balance that did not sound right to me. I informed her that the cost sounds like the same amount as quoted online, that initially included all equipment and I’m not getting the equipment I requested. She then says that she took the equipment off the contract that she is not able to give me and the cost is what she stated. She then says that my card will not be charged until I return the equipment. Well, ALL of that was a lie. I was charged $202.99 and guess what all of the equipment that I initially ordered was still on the contract!! Being that she does not know what she is doing, she commenced to calling customer service to assist her with correcting the contract. I am getting more frustrated by the minute because I have moving assistance waiting at my home. Eventually, a younger Chinese guy comes out to assist her. He then offers to cancel the contract and charge me for the correct amount for a new contract. At this point, I have no choice. I have to move my belonging today. He informs me that he is issuing a refund on my account for the $202.99 and redoing the contract. The new balance was $186, which sounded correct. He redoes the contract and shows me the screen that he has issued a refund of the initial $202 that they charge and then charges my card for the correct payment of $186. Well, I never got that refund and I have issued a dispute with my bank. To top it off, he gives us the key to the Uhaul we rented, and the key doesn’t work!! We then had to then try another truck that eventually worked. Worst experience from start to finish, and I would have to be desperate to use UHAUL services again. I should be granted a refund for this horrible service. It’s like Uhaul purposefully chooses to contract with dealers with bad customer service. I know sometimes it’s hard to listen to reviews, but PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PARTICULAR UHAUL SERVICE: 305 SMITH STREET, MANSFIELD, TX 76063.

If no stars were available this one is it for sure. Note taped to a broken window, all numbers were forwarded to a phone that only took messages left 2 separate messages...no call back. After half an hour we decided to give up. A person from a business close by said "it doesn't surprise them it happens all the time." Avoid this one at all cost!!!!

Very quick, professional, and no hassle. Easy pickup and even easier drop off
