“Manager, Kevin, was very nice to work with!. They got me in right away when my engine light went off and even provided transportation to and from home while they had it overnight. Expensive, of course, when is it not when you have a radiator go out, but I don't think it was much more than anywhere else I would have gone. Their courteous service made it less painful.”

They checked my concerns and did all the diagnostics necessary for any potential problems. Ultimately the solution was something simple and was quickly fixed. They didn't push me to do anything more than what was needed but also kept me apprised of future repairs that I may need to address. Overall had a great experience and service.”
“Mike went above and beyond to assist me. He found where there was a recall from Ford on the issues that needed to be fixed. As a widow raising grandkids I was relieved that I wouldn't have to pay anything. Unfortunately, 3 Ford dealerships came up with bogus reasons why they wouldn't fix it. Mike even tried to talk to them about it. Keep in mind my diagnosis was free and he didn't get paid to fight for me. I'm still working to push extra hours to put funds together to pay for it all using my granddaughters car, but once I have it together, I will be back to this transmission shop!”
