Horrible experience. I was a first time customer I made an appointment for a full set and pedicure . I was able to get my pedicure done but was told to come back the next day to get my nails did because someone else was late for their appointment and added additional services . So the next day come I ask could I come 15 minutes earlier to my appointment but was told no because they already had two appointments. However it was ok for them to not do my complete services that I scheduled in advance . I don’t care how good your work is customer service needs to match . Will definitely not spend my money here .

She started taking my nails off then told me she didn’t have time to give me the style I asked for but while I was getting my toes done she told me she can do my nails. I wanted to cry I have my grandmothers funeral to attend tomorrow and she waisted my time. While taking my nails off she didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing she kept complaining how the nail shop that applied that set messed up my nails and my nails are thin. While she proceeded to rip my nails off. Told her I just had a baby so yes my nails are thin. Bottom line please don’t go here I felt terrible when I left.

Favorite set I have ever had!! My nail stylist Loanne did an incredible job with sculpting my nails for french tips. 100% recommend this place!

Me and My friend looked up best nails salons near us, we are visiting from North Carolina. This place did not disappoint, amazing service and the manager herself did our nails. They turned out amazing and the prices were great. This is better than any place in North Carolina I have gone to, they did an amazing job and even thanked us for being patient and waiting.

Would have been 5 stars if the nail tech cleaned up the inside of my nails. They are a bit rough feeling. But the Dip manicure & shape is pretty. The pedicure was flawless. This is a victory compared to the other nail salon I posted about. I plan to visit again

I came to top nail spa and while I was getting my nails done I expressed to her that is was hurting and that my nail was bleeding. She initially ignored me, so I said it again. She then said it's ok and smothered nail oil all over the cut. I expressed that it was burning and she talked over, raised her voice, and said just go wash your hands and swatted me away. When I came back after washing my hands I told her that it was still bleeding and burning. She then tried to blame me and said that I was moving even though I wasn't. When I told her multiple that it was burning and bleeding she told me "Take it up with the manager if you're so upset and get a discount." She then walked away and rolled her eyes. This was not a pleasant experience at all and I didn't enjoy it. I DONT RECOMMEND
