This is such a fun space to have an intimate concert. I visited Eclipse weekend and heard a good band. They also had fun activities for kids, great food trucks and unique vendors.

The base is so LOUD it’s unbearable! No reason for it to be like that.I dread when I hear someone is going to preform there - Ugh.

What could have been a great addition to mansfield is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE for anyone living within a 1/2 mile radius of the LOT (and there's alot of us). I'm half a mile away and my very sturdy storm windows rattle from the ridiculous bass. Last night the concert was VERY late as i listened to my dogs go crazy because the bass scared them like thunder and lightning.. All these great reviews are clearly people who do not live near the LOT! THE LOT desperately needs to get a knowledgeable person to properly work the stage! There's a serious problem when bass rattles windows half a mile away especially AFTER the alleged Noise Ordinance is in affect.

I hate living so close to the Lot, they play the base so loud that it makes it hard for grandkids and adults to sleep. There have been times they've gone to 10:30. it's extremely annoying, if you're a good enough band you don't need to go that loud with the base! it's getting so i dread when I hear someone is going to preform! Please have some concern and fix this ASAP.

The bass is so ridiculous, as well as the loud music heard half a mile away. Windows rattle half a mile away. The ridiculous noise continues well after our "noise ordinance" begins. There is ZERO respect for homeowners near the LOT. Not a fan, nor is anyone I know that lives within a half mile. See how fast the police come to your house for violating the noise ordinance, which begins at 10 pm, if YOU decide to play any music that's heard on the street right in front of your house- not to mention half a mile away! Apparently the laws in Mansfield Texas do not apply to The LOT.

Really cool, little field to watch live music or events! Bathrooms were clean and stocked (Porta potties). Bring in your own food and drinks (probably depends on the event). Bring your own chairs or blankets.. Only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is that parking is sparse.

Love the Lot and the community spirit it brings. It has had many fun events that give groups a great place to meet. But there is an issue the promoters seem to have absolutely no consideration from for the homes and neighbors behind the Lot or near The Lot. The music from the lot is played so loud it sounds like a boom box in our home. There is absolutely no consideration that it is a school night nor or that the next day is a work day for many or that people may feel sick in their homes and the loud drums and music play till 11pm. All we are asking is can the sound, the base level, the drums be lowered so we the residents of Old Downtown can have a more peaceful existence in our own home during the week and during the weekend days.He also let me clarify this before someone says or tells me to move. This neighborhood and our home was built before the LotI love Mansfield and appreciate progress but both sides have to give in certain problems to keep harmony between business and homeowners.
