The customer service was AWESOME! Greg was the cashier when we visited the Mansfield, Tx store on April 26. There was some confusion with Easy Rewards and Staples Advantage, but Greg hung in there with us to make sure that we received the correct reward and he did it with patience and a friendly attitude.

Awful Amazon Return Experience! 2 people in front of me, no acknowledgment and then associate helped another person before me who came in after me who was in a different line. My whole transaction for two returns took less than 2 min.

This location would be better served as a substation for Mansfield police department because everyone here is always looking at you like you shoplifting..I have stopped going here because every interaction is usually contentious...I also think it's a training issue because most of the staples I've went in are like this...For Christ sake,it's office equipment and entry level computer...Finally, Does this company realize that the level of disrespect from these store and their employees is make Jeff Bezo and his Amazon Army rich rich...I never feel like a shoplifter with my Amazon driver....I never have limits on what I can purchase and because I don't have interact with no one, I don't have to burn another 30 minutes write these types of frustrating reviews for your interns to send a standard apologetic response...Save it...use that energy for restructuring your training..
One more thing remember blockbuster, Comp USA, how about radio shack...neither does anyone else but they thought they had a monopoly on their industry too...until they didn't..

The guy who handles shipping out orders, bald guy will use cajolery to make a couple extra dollars out of you and has a weird demeanor. Do not recommend.

Went in to get my passport photo done, and they were out of ink and out of paper for passports. Came back a week and half later and still no ink and no paper. Like how of all places does staples not have ink and paper?

One employee was semi-helpful but the other was not at all. She wouldn't talk to us or even acknowledge that we were there except to slam a piece of paper down on the counter with the email address that I needed to send a pdf file to. The file was needed to start an order for me to pick up at a later date, and they were very put out that I wanted to place an order just before closing time (even though closing time was still 2 hours away!)

So in continuation i opted to get the work done @ office max and i was in and out fully satisfied with the scope on work in 30 minutes and only cost 3% of what staples quoted $30 bucks vs $1k!??!....so if you are using these copy center dont do staples do office max
