Needed to replace my phone asap, and Julio C. was incredibly helpful when I stopped by this location on Feb. 2, 2024. Also had the pleasure of getting a demo on my new phone features from Kamo. I was in and out of the store relatively quickly, and these guys made sure it was a great customer experience.

I went to this location Friday December 8th 2023 to make a payment on my plan. I arrived at 7:00pm I was disgusted at the lack of professionalism and poor customer service and communication skills. I inquired about any available staff who would be able to assist with receiving my payment. I was told that no one was available to receive my payment.

100% recommend this T-Mobile location! You will always be greeted as soon as you walk through the doors by smiling faces & happy employees! They clearly enjoy their work time there! They always take care of you & make sure everything is working right! If there is idle time they keep busy by cleaning or restocking. They get work done right & keep in contact to make sure everything is running smooth even after you leave! Unbelievable! I’ve been with AT&T for 20 years and am happily making the transition to T-Mobile especially considering the service I’ve received at this location! Shout out to my faves that took amazing care of me Ness, Diana & Sophia!!!! They were fabulous! I’m beyond impressed! I’m saving so much money for switching to T-Mobile. If you’re thinking about switching, do it! Don’t hesitate & visit this location!

Do not fall for the free Apple Watch pitch!It is a rebate that you get weeks later have to come back to store and wait to get the credit! Spent two hours in store getting a new phone then came back to store and waited again to get credit the credit to my account! Does not make since you can’t just apply to your account on line but have to come into store and wait!!! I am sitting here watching the manager lie to people saying there are two people in front of you when I have watched 4 people come in after me who have not been waited on.

Pay attention to your monthly bill folks. My husband went in March to see if he could get his watch connected as a line. In the end he decided not to do it because of the $10 monthly fee. Well the T-Mobile rep added it anyhow. This is not right! It's deceptive and wrong. I'm pretty sure they must be making incentives by adding fake lines like Wells Fargo was doing opening up credit card accounts for customers who didn't request a card. When we called T-Mobile they only refunded us $35. Still a bunch of thieves .

The staff in this particular store are very helpful if you tell them clearly what it is that you want to accomplish when you go in. It always seems complicated to set up new services or transfer services from other providers, but they make it about as painless as it can be here. They also have some discount plans for people over the age of 55 which make mobile service much more affordable.I am not a huge fan of their wireless internet devices. I have a friend who is a doctor that gets very good reception on his internet device but the coverage at my house is not great and so they download speeds from the internet are unacceptable for the needs of my work. So I use a cable provider for my main internet access and just keep T-Mobile for backup access in those times when the cable provider is having an outage. My suggestion would be that you take a 5G phone that belongs to either you or someone else and check the strength of the 5G signal at your house before investing in T-Mobile internet. If you have good signal strength then the $50 a month for their internet is probably a great alternative for most families. for me, it is almost a waste of money except those few times that I need some kind of backup access. And frankly, I can use my phone as a mobile hotspot so the internet tower from T-Mobile really doesn't do me any good.

Such a great experience. Not only did I work with one phenomenal individual, but everyone made sure to come up and check on me throughout my wait (there was a brief build up of customers before me) but I managed to pay a bill, add a line, get a new phone AND transfer old date from an iphone to Samsung for a different line altogether. They didn't have to help me with the separate transfer, but I am so incredibly grateful for their assistance. This all happened within the realm of 25 minutes, from walk in to walk out.I specifically drive over an hour to get to this location and will continue to do so.Even if TMobile isn't your service of choice, giving them a try just from this location's customer service alone is a MUST.Thanks again!
