Had to wait 2 hours to get a haircut. Ridiculous! Did not feel welcome or appreciated as a paying customer. Should have just gone to Great Clips!

Requested a low fade and I was absolutely speechless when I saw a HIGH fade and almost all my nephews hair gone he was very distraught. I didn't say anything because I could tell me nephew was very unhappy i understand hair will grow back but if a certain style is requested that should be what is given if the stylist is unable or doesn't know how they should inform the customer a child's hair isn't something to practice on.

Store is supposed to open at 9 am. Showed up at 8:55 and waited until 9:30 and the store is still dark and locked. No information to be found.

Love this location. They seem to have 3 stylist while other stores have less. Parking sucks due to location but i make it work.
