Took my mom to get a new bed. Sylvester was very helpful. He listened to my mom’s needs and made suggestions then asked her opinion. He was very attentive. She is very happy with her new bed.

We were lucky to have Sylvester greet us today! He was patient and knowledgeable about the different mattress companies and the types of mattresses offered. He offered us the sleep expert match service and showed us a several based on postural support. He answered all our questions and provided excellent customer service. We left with a purchase we are excited to have delivered! I recommend asking for him if are in need of a new mattress and suggest you take advantage of the Memorial Day sale! Jerry the sales person treated us very well. he showed us all the different mattresses and suggested one mattress that was amazing. he even showed us the benefits of getting the adjustable frame and we love it. we ordered it on Thursday and got it Saturday. what a change in our sleep patterns sleeping better thru the night and using the massager before we go to bed is just amazing. thanks jerry for showing us the best mattress and frame for us. best investment we've made.

We had the pleasure of working with Sylvester to find mattresses for my husband and for myself. He was very patient when we brought our two young children with us the first time, and when we came back to purchase my husbands mattress, he made it super easy. I recently came back to find a mattress for myself and he helped me find the best one that really helped support my back. Sylvester makes the shopping experience personable and easy! We know where to send our friends when they need new mattresses!

I had put off buying a new mattress for a 2 or 3 years - dreading the process. When I walked in to Sleep Experts Mansfield Jonathan immediately greeted me. He was professional, respectful and attentive. He was so knowledgeable. Jonathon gave me instant confidence that I was in the right place at the right time.
I have multiple injuries - neck, shoulder and knee. Through the process I learned what mattresses should be the most beneficial.
I was able to select the right mattress, adjustable base and schedule delivery for Monday all within an hour.(I had Orthopedic Dr appt after)
I'm so grateful to Jonathan, I would not have made this purchase without his excellent customer service!
