Customer service is rude especially from the manager I will never go back again. I am trying to return an item and paid cash and when I returned she said we only do this with gift card!

Horrible customer service. Bought shoes that said slip-resistant. After falling at work, they won't accept returns because they've been worn. Only recourse was to come back in the morning to speak with the manager. Assistant Managers were rude and dismissive. The 866 customer service number isn't much better.

This place is very well organized but it seems they have the old bait and switch going on they get you in there with this 50% off signage but most of the sneakers and shoes are not 50% off they say they give a discount for veterans but they can't give you the 50% plus the veterans discount they give a Senior citizens discount but they don't give it with the 50% discount this reminds me of a casino you're always better to not go then they go and get ripped off and by the way the staff was very rude and snippy we bought six pairs of shoes therefore my girlfriend and mother I stood there and just watched a lot of the shoes did not have my mother or my girlfriend sizes it just didn't strike me as a decent place to do business this is my humble opinion and truthful one they sell the same shoes and sneakers online with different brand names the half the price check that out and they deliver it right to your door without any snappiness or attitude problem highly not recommended thank you

Update customer service told me to email them and I did on the 28 of Jan 2024, well it's now the 2nd of Feb 2024 and I still haven't heard back from them. Goes to show you where the management gets their customer service training from. Wow guess I'll just have to find a different brand, I don't want to but wow not a good experience at the store and now with customer service that's really bad....DONT GO TO THIS STORE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!Incredibly terrible service!!! I ordered shoes on the 22nd of Dec and was told I've have them by the 29th. When I can to the store on the 30th they said they would call me back later that day, which never happened!!! Then on the 31st I was told by the assistant manager that the shoes have been shipped and was given a tracking number for UPS and its states the delivery is to be delivered by the end of the day on the 4th of January 2024 and it doesn't show my name or address on the UPS website and the assistant manager said that well we have to wait to see because there system shows that the order has been shipped and I can only get a refund after Thursday, TWO WEEKS AFTER I ORDERED THE SHOES. It also shows that the shoes weren't shipped until the 28th when in fact I ordered them on the 22nd of Dec, really! Really poor shipping and customer service. Especially when all they want to do is focus on checking out the other customers and answering the other phone lines and not finishing with me first instead as they should!!! Plus the assistant manager seemed to be really put out having to help me as I said that since this was the third time I came back to the store and wanted some sort of a answer before I left. She even dropped the phone and hung up with the store that was supposed to have shipped my shoes because she was messing around with stuff on the counter and trying to use two phones at the same time instead of focusing on me and getting me resolution.Super majorly disappointed in this location now!!! I won't come here again and will instead drive to the Arlington store or the FT WORTH store and will not recommend this location to anyone until they do something with their customer training and how to show empathy to a customer instead of showing how they seemed to be put out having to get you answers on your order and might have to actually to their job instead of being on personal calls....So very disappointed in this store as I have been coming to it for years and have watched the customer service steadily drop.I ended up getting my shoes on the 5th and at least I got the right shoes at least. But that's because the order was fulfilled in another state and not this store!DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

Great folks provided very attentive and dedicated service..I wear a large size .he pulled every pair that was available.i purchased 3 shoes for me and 3 for gifts
