I have 3 account at bank and 2 of my account I am locked out of why because of there telephone banking system terrible

I have been with this bank since it was a small bank called Southwest. The employees stayed after it was bought by Simmons, and they are always very friendly and helpful. They will do their best to help you with everything they can, and they completely answer any questions if you don't understand some things. I am very happy with banking here.

I do NOT like the electronic teller at drive ups. I’ve been in line for 2 hours and still have not been waited on. When I was a teller we would have gotten through these lines a lot faster than these tellers that are not on site. I will be looking into a new bank In the coming month as this is ridiculous.
