We are not happy with some of the products. When the product cost 20.00 and it is bad out of the box, 3 in the past month, we are small and sell maybe 15 a month, I have to pay 10+ for shipping, at $20.00 and hour for employee handling, we lose money trying to resolve a bad product.

I am very impressed with the customer service! I had a thermion xg50 that I was having trouble with image clarity. I sent it in for warranty repair and they said it wasn’t repairable so they sent me a brand new thermion 2 xp50 pro and had it to my door 14 days from the time I shipped my old one. They have a customer for life! Thanks for great communication and service!

Worst customer service ive ever experienced in my life, i'd love to call and give them an ear full, but no one ever picks up their phone...everyup that the number ive been calling....just called it 3 times again...noone picked up, shocker

I could not be happier with my experience with Pulsar and Sellmark. Bought a Thermion XP50 and a pair of Accolade XP50s in late 2020. Both optics worked very well in the time that I had them, but earlier this year i started having issues with the LRF in my Accolades. I sent them in for repair, and they sent me a BRAND NEW and FULLY UPDATED optic (Merger XP50). Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they had it shipped to my door in less than a month from the time I sent it in. Thank you so much for producing a high quality optic with excellent customer service and an incredible 3 year warranty.

I sent my Sightmark Wraith Mini Digital rifle scope to Sellmark for warranty repair/replacement, after receiving a proper return authorization. Fedex showed it had been delivered. I had heard nothing from Sellmark after 10 days of their receiving it, so sent an email to inquire about the return's status, and then another, and another and another email over a period of six weeks. I also phoned them but only received a recording telling me their lines were busy and that I should email them. As of this posting, it has been 7 weeks and I've heard nothing in response to my emails and calls except an automated response telling me that my request is being reviewed and updated". Nearly $800. for this scope which I've had for 7 months, and used for about 5 hours.Update: I filed a complaint with the BBB and left a few negative reviews here & there about my experience and shortly thereafter, (2.5 months after they received it) Sellmark sent a replacement. Sometimes its true...The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Very unhappy with pulsar sent my helion pro off 2 months ago and even went to TX from tn to get it back they said they was going to replace it I should have it back with in 15 days after I drove down there that was a month ago

Sent my thermal unit in for repair. Fedex delivered it on December 6th 2022. It's now 13 January 2023 and they still have not even confirmed they received it.Now they stopped replying to my emails..

I sent my inforce flashlight in for repair on 12-27-22 I have written 3 emails to see if there are any updates for the return of my flashlight and I have heard nothing.

Sent $6000 scope in for repair after it started malfunctioning within months of purchase. Still haven’t been able to get help from a manager after multiple phone calls, messages, and associates guaranteed a call back. No one answers in real time. The communication has been terrible. Customer service is almost nonexistent to get any kind of meaningful help. Scope was delivered over almost three weeks ago with zero communication from the company. Would love to rate higher as when the scope worked properly it was excellent but this experience has been less than ideal.

I have been very disappointed with their customer service have two scopes in forrepair one since September 29 and second one on October 30 was told that they had to be replaced and have not received either one yet

I worked through Email regarding my SightMark Optic that I was having issues with. They sent me an RA number I shipped to them. Just got off the phone with their customer support. They updated me immediately (Told me they have sent out a new scope). They provided me a tracking number. If this is not the case upon receiving I will change the review. But as of now, I could not have asked for anything more.
