This club is like others and very busy. Scan and go is the way to go. Unfortunately, my last visit had an act of poor customer service from an associate in clothing. I was looking at shorts and there were only a few sizes stocked. It seems like all they keep on the tables are size 4 and 6 in all the shorts. However, they did have a big box sitting there of the same shorts. We were scolded for wanting the correct size out of the box as it was unopened. A better option would've been, " I'm so sorry we didn't have what you were looking for, here allow me to get these for you!" Instead of "we don't do that." Sam's apparently is doing so well that they don't care if they sell their inventory or not.

DISGUSTING ACT OF DISCRIMINATION FROM EMPLOYEE.Shout to the horrible excuse for a human at the front door who singled me out and refused to let me in because my membership ID was on my phone AND THEN proceeded to let several people with their membership IDs on their phones into the store. Guess that's what happens when you don't look like everyone else.

The checkers and managers were so rude. Also, when there scales and equipment didn't work, and they had to stall and restart check out on another register they were mean and rough. They were unfair, and hateful. I feel I'll drive further or drop my membership and go to Costco instead. It was a very bad and embarrassing, unnecessary experience each time (2 shopping trips).

It's easy to get in and shop and check out. The line to get out can be a bit long at times and parking not always available close by Its a super busy location.

I love this Sam's Club just wish they would sell Vitamin E cream again. It was the best to put on after a shower and I love their tire department

I love Sam’s BUT something needs to be done about the cell phone company sales people. One man followed us almost to the back of the store despite my husband repeatedly telling him we were not interested.

I have memberships for both Costco and Sam's, and it is always a never ending game of comparing which one is better. One field where Sam's is killing Costco is on their app, that allows you to pay for gas, products at the store and products on line, saving you A LOT of time by avoiding the huge lines to pay. Well done Sam's...Well done.

Horrible service for trying to pick up your order. I waited 40 minutes and no one ever came to bring my order. I had to go up to the door and get it myself. I can tell you that no one cares much about working here. Geez. May have to switch to Costco

You pay a membership fee for the privilege of shopping there, which I understand. The last few times I was inside the store, I've had a hard sell approach by outside vendors. I'm not there to spend 30 minutes with AT&T, Reliant, etc. When you say no thanks, they follow you around. Horrible.

There should not be a wait time that is PAST the time you are going to pick up your items. That's the entire reason for me choosing this service, so it can be ready between the times you tell me it's going to be ready. if you can't make that happen, then adjust the pick up time.

We shop at this location almost weekly. After trying the curb pickup for the second time I won't be using it again, and maybe not returning at all. The first time I used it prior to COVID I had to get out of my car and go in to let someone know I was there for a pickup. This time on my second visit when I got home an item was missing from my order. I called in with all of the details of the order number and item number that I would need to be refunded for the missing item and was told I would have to come into the store for the refund. Now, due to the poor job that someone did fulfilling my order, I have to take more of my time to drive to the store as go in to be refunded my money. This is horrible customer service anytime, but especially during COVID. BTW, when I called the store it took about 5 minutes of letting the phone ring before anyone in customer service even picked up. I don't feel like the special member of a club. Why would I continue to "pay" to be a member here??
