I stopped by RunUnited simply with the intent of learning more about which style of shoe was best for me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Caleb who has natural talent for connecting with customers and understanding their needs. Caleb went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and left with a comfortable shoe. I would highly recommend anyone in search of a comfortable shoe to visit RunUnited. Cheers.

It was a great experience with a knowledgeable staff. I knew what I wanted going in but they still insisted on providing thorough customer service which I appreciate. I paid a bit more than what they were going for on Amazon but I like to help out local businesses. I will return!

Ask for Caleb, this guy knows his stuff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Took his time with me to make sure I left with the right shoe, highly recommended.

Plus size, teacher, and not a runner . I needed some shoes to help get me through the day at work and some to help on days I work out. I was very skeptical (some anxiety) coming in because once again I’m not a runner and I’m plus size but I was welcomed in helped by Jonathan . He made me feel extremely comfortable, answered all the questions I had as well as educated me on what to look for. I found a great pair of shoes, the service was awesome. Thanks so much Jonathan.

I had a wonderful experience at Run United! Callie assisted me with finding the perfect shoe for my feet. She listened to all my concerns and had very useful information about what my needs were and what could help. She went above and beyond it felt more like a personal experience rather than just a random visit. I would recommend Run United to everyone and would recommend Callie as the sales associate!

If you need a good pair of walking or running shoes don't buy them on the internet without being measured for them! Go to RunUnited and let Sydney take care of you! I bought a pair of Hoka's and they are awesome! I have never had a pair of shoes to fit me so well! Thank you Sydney!

I was assisted by Kara and she was the most patient person ever. She pulled out as many option as they had specific to my needs. I ended up returning the shoes I bought due to personal preference in color. However, she was very helpful in explaining the type of shoes I needed and explained the importance of wearing the appropriate foot wear. She is amazing and I hope anyone who goes here gets a chance to have her as their assistant! Over all, all the employees here know what they’re doing and I appreciate that they take the time to see how you walk and find the best fit of shoes for you. Recommend this place 100%

My husband was buying me a new pair of shoes and I knew he needed some too, so we headed to Run United. Sydney and Minh were so attentive, they suggested items and because they were so great, we even purchased some slides. We will definitely be back!!
