I started my running journey without knowing much on what I needed. I came to Run United and Laura was so extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. She took her time and analyzed the way I walk and gave me multiple options from different shoes sizes, brands, to orthopedics and even socks to help me find the best fit. I never once felt rush and Laura had an endless amount of patience for my questions. I highly recommend RU, especially Laura for your next shoes purchase need.

Great place to shop for and even buy running and walking shoes. Jonathon was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even put me on a machine that scans and analyzes your feet to tell you everything about them. Really high tech and informative. I bought a pair of Hoka shoes. Great experience!

I had a great experience here with Laura’s help! I’m a beginner runner and I’ve had a lot of trial and error finding a good running shoe. She listened to me and helped me pick the right pair after getting some measurements and whatnot. The employees all seem really knowledgeable

My experience at RunUnited was great! Callie was very helpful, she did a scan on my feet and picked out three different brands/pairs of shoes for me to try on as well as inserts. She helped with trying on everything with and without the inserts as well as showing me all of the colors once i chose which shoe I liked the best. Definitely recommend this place and will be back!

I was looking for a new pair of walking shoes. The store was very busy, but Laura took the time and ask if she could help. I told what band and size I was looking for. A few minutes later she bought me exactly what I was looking for. Laura was very pleasant and helpful, I would definitely go back for my next pair.

As a first time shopper of Run United I was extremely satisfied with the level of service I was provided. Jonathan and the rest of the running United team Were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was able to determine which shoe I needed pay for and out the door within 15 minutes. Needless to say my running shoe needs will always be met by these guys and I will continue to shop there.

Austin was our associate and he was very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. He took the time to assist me and my husband and did not pressure us to make a purchase, however the with the experience and how the shoes he showed me felt when wearing them, I knew my feet would Thank me with the purchase.

Helpful employees, great selection, fun foot analysis machine. Callie was super helpful is meeting my needs but also listening to my wants in a new walking shoe. I appreciated her full attention and suggestions on insole supports. I got a pair of On Cloudrunner 2s and they've been great so far. I highly recommend this location and will be back.

Walked into the store. Immediately greeted by Callie. Very nice and friendly. Smiling. I told her my issue and she got me on the aetrex machine to measure my shoes. She evaluated my feet. Gave me a recommendation for orthodox and a shoe that would help my pronation problem. I will definitely be back to this store!

My sister and I both had a great experience here! Laura was super helpful and kind. We never felt rushed or even pressured to buy anything. And it was really obvious that she knew what she was talking about. They don't push the most expensive shoes (unless you want them). The scan they do on your feet revealed some really interesting things about our feet that explained a lot of issues. The shoes I ended up getting, on recommendation, were on sale and feel awesome. We also spoke to other employees and it's obvious how much they all enjoy sharing the knowledge they have. Regardless of your level of experience in running or sports, you'll feel really welcome and you'll gain valuable info if you ask for suggestions. It's also lovely to support a local shop and the community they've built.

Bought shoes for my older daughter once and very helpful. Second time came in for my youngest she needed shoes for XC and they scanned her feet brought out some options and Danny explained what was best and got her fitted for some brooks she liked. I’ll be in soon for a pair for me when i need some new runners great staff and good selection.

My first time shopping at Run United and what an experience! Carmen the sales lady took my foot measurements and gait of my walk. We tried several brands/styles for my feet until we got the perfect shoe. We decided HOKA was best suited for my gait. Carmen was an expert and patient and kind. She wanted to ensure the quality fit for my feet. Carman also did the same service for my daughter who has had several foot surgeries. It was worth the long drive to get there. Carmen made our trip worthwhile with her excellent customer service and smile.

I have been coming to RunUnited for over a year now and it is the best place in town to find orthotics/running or walking shoes. Kevin helped me today find the best pair of orthotics for my everyday shoes and had an amazing personality! Kevin made my experience a 10/10 due to his amazing hospitality and customer service. Cameron also assisted with my process while in their store and she was awesome!
All of the employees at this location go above and beyond to get to know you as a person and everyday needs when looking for the correct shoes that fit your everyday lifestyle! As always, I will be back!!
