I shop at a lot of Ross stores, and this one was by far the most understaffed and disorganized store with a ridiculously long wait time if you actually want to make a purchase. I left $350 worth of merchandise in a basket that took me an hour to dig through the disorganized stuff to find because when I went to check out there were 43 that's right 43 people? in line and two cashier's working at a snails pace.

Ross is a dump never clean clothes All over the floors and on shelves. They need to close down every one of them unless you like shopping off the floor than knock yourself out. Prices aren't that cheap anyway lines are long. But I won't ever go back again

Always have one person checking out the store while other associates are doing other things. Some of the associates are rude. Place is disorganized and sometimes difficult to find items.
