Nice and peaceful day and night, landlord very nice and I have hardly ever seen him out here other than when something's not working or to drop off keys to our mailboxes at a renters RV lot and sometimes to meet a person looking at a RV site that is available for rent. Plus the hot water lasts forever and I have time to enjoy my shower and take my time and I have never had that luxury with showers at other RV parks in the past, I was lucky to finish my shower before the hot water started to run cold normally that'll take only 5 to ten minutes at the longest. So that's made me a happy little camper.

Broke down at the RV park. You might not be accepted there some kinda culture going on over there

It's quaint, some of the neighbors need to lay off the day time drinking and keep their lewd opinions to themselves however. Other than that it's nicely tucked off away from the hustle bustle of the usual city life.
