Came get blood work done for my 3.5 year old on May 14th. Two weeks later, May 29th, his pediatrician called and told us that they never received any blood work test. The purple hair lady in the front desk was very slow, she could barely type and walk. She couldn’t see my son vein when she put needle into his arm. Another nurse had to come to help her. The test require 2 full tubes of blood, they was talking when getting blood and that made the needle fell out. They were able to get 1 full tube and they said they couldn’t get another tube while my son was sitting in right position already and I was holding him real tight. I guess they will never send my son blood work because they’re unprofessional. And you won’t be able to call them because their phone line will never work. Just really bad place to get blood work done.

I've attempted both walk-in and by appointment with this location. Both times I had to leave without having had my labs drawn. The appointment: I made the appt for my lunch break. I drove 30 minutes to the location. Waited close to an hour and then had to go back to work before I could see if anyone would have even come out to get me for the labs. This time I thought I'd try walk-in, since the appointment didn't seem to make much difference. I completed check-in, was supposed to have been added to the standby list. I wait about 15-20 minutes and someone comes out and says that they won't be getting to stand-bys today before they close due to being short staffed and that the kiosk was supposed to have shut down the ability to let standbys check-in. I understand that technology issues happen. I even understand having difficulty staffing a facility. I am giving 2 stars rather than 1 because the brief interaction I did have with staff was pleasant. She heard the concern and was empathetic. If the facility gets the technology issues fixed and can hire more staff like the one I interacted with then this could be a 5 star facility.

With appointment pretty much in and out. Plus I'm a hard stick but with some moving of the needle blood was found. No pain. Super nurse.

I had a wonderful experience here! We had to bring our 2-year-old granddaughter in to have blood drawn and didn’t have an appointment. It was our first time, so the staff was patient and helped us with the kiosk. We didn’t have to wait long, and Linda was absolutely amazing getting the blood quickly with as little discomfort as possible! Thank you for making our terrible day a little brighter.

The nurse was very nice and knowledgeable! She had a wonderful attitude about being busy and didn't make any excuses about the short wait I had! My nurse was warm, had a steady hand and a beautiful smile! I will come here from now on to have any labs drawn!!

I read such bad reviews on this location it made me nervous to use it. I was there when they opened and did a walk-in. The lab tech Azauria had awesome customer service and explained it was better to make an appointment even for drop offs so there’s no long wait time. Either way I was in and out quickly (17min) with awesome customer service.

no way to contact by phone. no ofc area, I would not choose this myself. I want copies of results because your portal is a mess. can't do it. I'm only satisfied with nurse..nothing else
