They did a wonderful job on my cockapoo, always makes her look beautiful!!Update- Here's before and after photos! Look at her backside looking horrible like this !!! This is the 2nd time I've taken my dog here and they shaved her hair down bare!! She's a cockapoo and they say she was matted. I can assure she's been brushed and combed with no problems at home. She's been to other groomers this is the only place that says they want to shave as soon as we come and charge the same expensive fee for a cockapoo cut!! Never again.

Their facilities make it so easy to bathe pets with their professional equipment. They provide different shampoos and a conditioner, as well as, blow dryers. It makes the work quick and easy for fur babies and their oweners.

We was just passing through my boy Gary needed a bath bad. Super clean place super nice employees. The bathing area was excellent. Well set up.

Family owned business with friendly and helpful owners. They have all the supplies including shampoo, conditioner, perfumes, dryer, etc. Fair price for the convenience of having a place to go wash your dog. We will be back.

Competitive prices and clean. Feel like I have room to get in and out. I wish the towels were kept more fresh bc they always seem to be covered in hair. Overall I recommend saving your back and trying them out.

My 70 lb Golden doodle Benji loves Pup It Up. The staff are loving to him and always friendly and courteous. They only take about 4-5 hours with him Which is awesome. Have had other groomers take 8 hours. He is happy to see them and leads them to the door to the back room.

Pup It Up did great work on my dog and I appreciate them for doing a wonderful service in that regard. However, I set an appointment to have my groomed at 10am and did not get my dog until about 4pm. There was poor communication and they made it seem as if it was as my fault for getting my dog so late.I did physically check in with the store around 1 (2 hours of them having my dog), and it was stated to me, by the groomer, my dog has not been worked on yet because they are a little behind. We called a little after 3pm and no one answered, so we physically went up to the store. Imagine walking into a building with the lights shut off after hearing no one answer the phone. Our hearts were in our stomach and so much was going through our heads as to what could of happened to our dog. Anyways, the lights were off and there was a young man inside cleaning up with no groomers around. There were a bunch of excuses thrown around by the young man as to what happened with getting my dog and he stated they attempted to call me and left a voicemail, but when I checked, there was no record of it on my cell (I even checked with my phone carrier). We asked where his record of it was, to which he stated "we can't see that". He proceeded to state they have been having trouble with phone calls and that we "should leave a voicemail next time". We were taken aback by this comment, as well as some other stuff was said, and I 100% think they were putting the blame onto us instead of taking their own responsibility (I promise, it was one excuse after another). No apology was given (no efforts of one were ever made) and no attempt for a discount of having my dog all day was made as well.

My dog came out looking so great! He hung out with other dogs there and got groomed and all real well. Going to go here from now on.

Pup it up is my go to place to take my dog for a bath ,they have 2 big tubs that u can use they supply everything shampoo,conditioner towels & blow dryer. You can use all there supplies & not dirty your house. It costs 16.00 dollars & change well worth the trouble of messing your house up. You can also buy treats & birthday cakes& supplies & I have. I always buy too much but my dog loves it. The oatmeal shampoo is my dogs favorite. Check this shop out worth every penny!!!

Went for the first time this past Saturday and they did amazing! It was our boy corgis first haircut and I was very nervous due to being the first haircut and a new place. He did amazing and so did the groomers!! This place is so clean and friendly. They took great care of my baby and communicated very well with me during the process.

The staff is always very friendly. They do a great job trimming my my digs nails even though she fights them the whole time. I really like the self wash area, it's a very convenient way to bathe your dog.
