Set up high yield savings account at PNC terrible. First compliments to all staff I dealt with. Leadership policies that are horrible. What happened is after transfering to and depositing fairly significant money at PNC I then went to move online several thousand to my primary bank. Would not allow had a maximum of $2,000 and simular limit on a rolling 3 months. Discussed with customer service and manager of. They could not change. In other words they refused to give me my money except in small increments. Are you kidding me. But I had a solution went to branch demanded all my funds immediately which they did. Again very nice and very disappointed they could do nothing. So instead of 2k PNC said goodbye to much more, how stupid. My opinion stay away better bank's are available. It was a trial by me to gage quality of service and ease of use. They failed miserably in my opinion

This PNC branch really needs to retrain the employees on manners and customer service especially the old lady with the red hair and glasses !!! I went in yesterday to cash my payroll check and she took forever looking at it then went to talk to one of the other tellers then to a manager. Then she proceeds to tell me “you need to call them” and I asked her “why what’s wrong” she started being rude and snappy and basically shooing me away continuously telling me “I don’t know! you need to call them I’m not cashing it” no explanation or anything, I worked at a bank for 3 years myself and there’s always an explanation as to why a service was being refused. I was okay with her not cashing my check but it was the way she spoke to me in such a rude and disrespectful tone which was so uncalled for. Just because I don’t hold an account there doesn’t mean I don’t deserve respect or be spoken to like that. I had to drive and extra 30 minutes to the PCN branch in Las Colinas and they took great care of me. Idk why she was giving me a hard time and being so rude but either retrain her on her customer service or she has got to go ! That is not the type of people you want representing PNC Bank.

Love having this remote location. It's not a full bank but has a self served teller machine where you can video chat with a teller.

PNC bank let a hacker open a business account under my business name without verify business registration. I requested copy of the business registration on file and results that they don't have copy. I requested copies of the 2 checks that was deposited to file a police report and they denied copies.

This location staff are uneducated . Never solve any issues. I started with business account and personal account by last December. I ordered checks around $100 . Old manager left and new manager took the position. All the staff are rude . Every time they are intimidated me. Without my knowledge they closed my business account by March 10th. All of my checks are returned. I waited to solve the issues by June 26th thy didn’t solve the issues. The guy sitting in the front dusks. He is very rude and unprofessional . By June 28 I close my personal account. And leave this bank. Customer relations is very poor.

My bank was recently acquired by PNC Bank. As you can guess when changes of this magnitude occur there will always be unforeseeable glitches, and boy did my accounts have some major glitches as a result. I went into the PNC Solution Center on Board Street and was helped by Michelle. I was skeptical because customer service everywhere is fleeting and I was slightly frustrated. But when I tell you Michelle was a breath of fresh air you better believe it. I left feeling more confident in my new bank because she was professional and worked tirelessly to resolve my issues. Although PNC is the 5th largest financial institution in the U.S.A. I could not tell. I was treated like the only customer that mattered today and even though all the issues are not completely resolved as of yet, she made sure the most important things were well taken care of. I felt like I was in a small town credit union where everybody knows your name. This really made my day so much brighter. Thanks Michelle!!
