after all the conflict they cash the checkbut still i give one star for making me getting out of my vehicle when i got to drive true , that lady told me to come inside when i told her i have a baby i the car site she was sleep , and there was no people in line inside the bank then when i came inside she was like i cant cash ur check , for real just because i had my phone in my hand what a ??finally i told her just because i am Mexican she realized i was recording and she said i cash ur check , for real u people thats a one star review ,

My wife and I recently opened a bank account with PlainsCapital Bank in the Mansfield location, and we're so glad we did. Everyone at this location is so friend and helpful. The atmosphere here is so different from all the big banks. When you do banking with a smaller bank, like PlainsCapital, you get the personal touch, where as you're just a number at big banks. We highly recommend PlainsCapital.

I’ve been with Plainscapital for a year and I am happy to say that I have no problems with them at all. Great customer service and good people.If there’s any type of issue they will resolve it right there in then. I always refer my friends to Plainscapital it’s an awesome bank!!!
