The driver of the moving van backed into my nieces car and did $1300 worth of damages! She called the owner and he said it was solely the drivers responsibility. And now they aren’t returning calls or texts. Any company that is not insured or willing to help after an incident like this isn’t worth hiring. Such a shame. She’s a young teacher who doesn’t have a ton of extra cash around to spend! ZERO STARS

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is one of the most unprofessional and irresponsible businesses I've ever worked with. I want to clarify that I LOVE small businesses and my husband and I try to hire and promote them as much as possible. I feed and tip my movers and I'm happy to pay a premium price for great customer service. But nothing upsets me more than when companies mess up and ghost you. Taylor was eager to book our move and have us send in payment, however when one of his crew members accidentally damaged our furniture he promised us he would fix it, and then he was nowhere to be found. First he told me he would have it repaired but his guy was out of town. No updates, when I follow up he says he's gone again. I reached out a couple weeks later after hearing nothing and he stopped responded completely. I have contacted him 6 times since I moved TWEVLE weeks ago and he has failed to respond, apologize, or fix our $600 dresser that is now split open on one corner. I'm incredibly frustrated, I don't want to call my lawyer over a simple fix that Taylor assured us would be covered since they have insurance. Horrible management. Take your money elsewhere.

I've been one of Taylor's customers since 2015 when his company was brand new and he himself was one of the actual movers. I was living in apartments then and was moving basically every 12 - 15 months. He has been pretty good about honoring his policy to charge my original moving rate because I was a repeat/long-time customer. Well, I was finally able to build my first home. I called Taylor to schedule a move from my 600 sq ft, first floor, one bedroom apt to my new home. I had a sofa, a bed, a TV, and a desk. Taylor told me he could no longer honor his original policy. Seriously? Over the years, I have referred numerous customers to him, including my manager, friends, and family. And, I always told them to mention my name when calling. I have always sent new business his way. I even called ahead to let him know I was sending him new business. So, I was literally in shock and dismay at his statement. Taylor does not believe in customer service. Taylor does not believe in loyalty. The 2 stars is for the workers only who were usually prompt and did a good job over the years. The 3 blank stars are for Taylor's lack of loyalty to someone who had supported him since he first started his company. He is now on the list of companies I tell people to avoid.

I use to work there and the employees don't only steal from you but from from each other the owner is a crook and didn't even pay me for the work I did.

I hired these guys in June. The broke my table, and two drawers and the have not taken care of me yet and today is 9/11/17. The gave me the wrong size table. And can get things straightened out. I am not happy with the service and I don't recommend this company.
