If you end up working here and your supervisor is Hector, don't even bother wasting your time. If he doesn't like you he will make your life a living hell. Clearly plays favorites. Reported multiple times but they don't care. Even if you are a great worker if you have even a little down time they will chew you out. Great way to raise productivity mouser. Makes employee morale super low. You are just a number, they will replace you. Could be a great place to work if management didn't suck. Maybe you might get luckier than me but I doubt it. Avoid.

Worst place to work at. Especially 3rd shift , they hire all these people and for what when there’s hardly never no work . Then wanna try and fire you when u have a little downtime . Make it make sense mouser seriously . Then fire all the good people that’s been there for years and know what there actually doing ! Would not work here ever again ! Never any work & fire the best hardworking people !! HR is super rude ! & not understanding at all .

I am a small private customer. Order lots of small items. Never any problems. Fastest shipping ever. This company ships from USA to EU and they pay all the duties, so no worries. Google "incoterm DDP". Great design of the site with purchase history and multiple baskets.
Just keep it up like this. This is what any online store should strive to become. Thanks and respect. Great job.

Absolute garbage. Mouser cancelled my order without notifying me, after calling, they said they cancelled bc they wanted a wire transfer for a $150 order instead of credit card, customer service hung up on me for asking why they wanted a wire transfer, nothing resolved.

Only place that had this very hard to find part. Customer service was excellent. Kelly Ann was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will def be buying from them again.

Couldn't get an order processed and shipped for approx 6 months. Their system verifies everything and payment notifications get approved to you. They'll cancel your order because they won't accept credit cards but won't tell you that until you call in and transfer to a "credit department"Only likeable thing was the first person to answer the phone is nice. Still looking into this place? Check BBB as well.If you're having processing issues, check out digi-key. Made an order Feb-13-2024 and arriving Feb-16-2024.

Glad to have a parts supplier for all my projects! Shipping is super fast, and hard to find parts such as new simm memory sockets for vintage motherboards can be had! All capacitors are genuine, and no problems with parts quality or general supplies. It's great Mouser caters to small business owners, or those on a hobby that need a smaller number of parts and soldering supplies.

I am sure glad that I still deal with Mouser Electronics till this day. Only a very small hand full of companies still accept money orders, when it comes to making purchases. BG micro Electronics lost my business, when they stopped accepting a money order as a payment option. Also I can find just about everything I need in one place, and this place is it. Thanks Mouser for putting customers first.All I ask of you is to , never stop taking a money order as a payment option. As I have said in the past: credit cards always charge for order transactions. It's unfair that credit card companies charge for a transaction. Good thing is money orders are 100% free!

The return policy is terrible. They would not take anything back unless the packaging (and mouser label) is in pristine condition.Don’t purchase anything from this place unless you are 100% certain you’re keeping the product and not possibly returning it for any reason.
