I’ve been living here for almost two years and I really enjoy it. If I have a maintenance issue it’s resolved quickly. The staff in the front office is always willing to help and maintain a professional and positive attitude.

My move in with MAA Lowes Farm was right on time. Kylie and the entire team made sure I was provided with everything needed. The process was quick. The staff were nice and informative. Once I moved in I notice minor things that needed to be fixed after I put in my maintenance request everything was fixed within 48 hours. It’s going on two weeks so I’ve been very observant of my surroundings. It’s always quiet, kids playing snd riding bikes, great gym and pool. Everyone seems to respect each other. The dumpster and trash near the mailbox seem to visibly full, although the city trash people are right on time. The maintenance worker Reginald Hooks was friendly and went above and beyond to fix one other issue. This is a great place to live whether you’re a single person, couple or raising your family. Great play area on property. Enough amenities to fill everyone’s needs. Now the question is will I feel this way a year from now ? Time will tell but I have no doubt, I will still be happy, I chose to live at MAA Lowes Farm.
