You keep telling me it was mailed to the address on file but yet you have not given me the address that was on file. No one gave permission to have my tax refund go on the card. You have not given me the copy of my tax returns that I requested. Y’all just ghetto and so unprofessional but it’s ok, I have the feds involved. Tell Casey Johnson and whoever the man that was helping him do my taxes that they will have a court date soon. You will have a court date too since this activity was handled under your business.

I gave Laurie all the info she had need to file my return. She has not given me the correct information for me to be able to look and track my taxes . I have to call from ransoms numbers and sometimes I get a reply but than when she knows it's someone she filed taxes for she turns phone off . She will not give me papers of my tax returns. I feel as if she stole my taxes . I'm 99.9 % sure that is what she has done . I am notifying the IRS as of right now

I Just want to take some time out to Thank Larie Christopher for helping me with my taxes these past 3 years. She’s always come thru for me and my kids every tax year and even when I’m impatient every year for my return Lol she’s very professional and patient with me and makes sure I get my return as possible....I’ve read the other reviews and I’ve never had any issues with my taxes neither has my kids mom Laries always been upfront and honest about everything from the Gate I would recommend Legacy Tax professionals to anyone and will continue to have Larie prepare my taxes Legacy and Larie are the Best! Same person did my taxes 2 years in a row and got audited 2 years in a row. The CEO blew me off for about a month. I got NO help from them at all and the tax preparer decided to add a few numbers to my deductions. I was never shown my taxes before they were filed never signed a thing. like so many said before DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Its legal council time.

They stole my income tax money! the owner Larie Christopher shows no concerns about my claims! she didn't call me back like she promised and all she says is she don't know anything. I spoke to her directly and she had no sympathy or empathy

So since my post Legacy Tax Professionals have owned up to the mistake. They helped me with my amendment and explained the miscommunication that took place with my return. Although it really is a inconvenience to go through what I did, I do appreciate the employees stepping up and doing what was right after all was said and done. This situation had taught me to ask more questions when there are questions to be asked. Again thank you Legacy Tax Professionals for being professional and rectifying the situation.

STOP! DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE! READ FIRST! You pay for this type of service with the expectation that a qualified professional is there to avoid making any mistakes when filing your taxes the kind of mistakes that you yourself could potentially make. NOT HERE. Heres my experience ive had my taxes done here a few times in fact it was the CEO who personally did my taxes all was good got an outstanding refund every time then i got my first AUDIT from my first tax return she did. Turns out an error was made on my tax return that was filed and that left me with a HUGE bill from the IRS that im now paying installments on for pretty much the rest of my life. I asked for help, i called, i txt ,even got on facebook messenger and i was left to fend for myself not their problem i guess. Heed my warning folks that refund check may look good now but the IRS has 3 years to decide if they want to audit you and when they finally do and that check is spent the great people at Legacy will be driving their mercedes benz and spending your hard earned on trips to vegas while your left to the wolves. Only legacy about this place will be the longterm hardships theyve created for former paying customers. Good Day.

This place or this one particular person is a joke! She (Larie Christopher) is not organized, makes.silly mistakes that can get you audited! When you call her, IF you get her to return your call....you are one of the lucky ones. For others, you MIGHT get a call back in a week or two' She does not go with you when you are audited either which is unfair for the amount of money she charges for her shoddy service! 8/29/2017 Today I finally received my income tax return! I was.happy to receive it, but not at the expense of losing a member of my family. That's all I have to say. Kadoodles to Larie Christopher for making this happen for me. I do apologize that I became so frustrated with you, but the lack of communication & response given to me during the tax season was more than I could bear, especially when there was an error involved. Thank you for fixing this issue and for that & the timely manner this was resolved is highly appreciated! I will definitely give you a better score, due to how you handled this in such a professional & urgent wayTax season is a.stressful time for everyone & I guess I could have been a little more patient? Keep up the good work Legacy, and again....a special thank you to Ms. Christopher😛

If i could give this place ZERO stars i would. This location was not upfront with the price of their services, and that came across as very deceiving. The amount of my return has changed 3 times, which shows a lack of consistency. I've attempted to reach them via email, which they've been mainly unresponsive to. And to top it off, when I requested assistance amending the mistakes THEY have made, I was told that they are not familiar with tax return amendments. Overall this location is anything but professional, as the name they claim. They may want to stick to simple requests
