Store has been in downward spiral for past few months. Deli closed at 630 due to lack of staff, a lot of what I wanted had empty spot on shelf, and the checkout was crazy. The yellow balls on the monitors show you they know and don't care. 1 person on duty, 1 is target for next 30 min. Meanwhile, self checkout mobbed and the lone cashier was overwhelmed. I never thought I'd say this, but Walmart might be the less stress option.

Worst customer service from TAMMY a manager. I got milk that said was .99 cents. had the description that it was for half a gallon in tiny letters. When the cashier calls TAMMY, tells her that I thought the price was .99 instead of 3.89, she comes over and in a loud and rude voice says " no they're not". She never acknowledged me, didn't look at me. I told her take them off, upset she said "I am!" There was customers behind me. I didn't want to lower myself to her standards so I paid and left. I can see in the reviews that I'm not the only one who has complained about customer service. They have list Another consistent and loyal customer . I'm glad I don't own this place!! Terrible employees making the business loose money.

I’m so unhappy with this is our closest neighborhood grocery store. We do a lot of grocery deliveries and store pickups. Lately orders are missing items, digital coupons not working, pickup orders delayed to the next day. In store service counter closed and phone goes unanswered.

Getting ridiculous. All self checkouts and backed up half way across the store. This seems to be a problem that’s getting worse over time. With all of the local competition and HEB opening in Mansfield soon, you better up your game before you lose all of your customers.

Sure would be nice if deli department didn’t go to lunch when shoppers are trying to get lunch meat when they get off. Go to lunch early so at least by 6:30pm your taking care of customers when they come in.

Gross. Never stocked, and no one is ever working.25 people in line for self-checkout and they refuse to open a register because they can't afford the labor. I regret going in here

Did a curbside pickup that was scheduled for 2-2:30. Person called an hour before pickup to tell me they were behind and that they would call me whenvit was ready. I Called several times to get an approximate eta. No answer. She calls back at 5 pm to say the 2pm orders were being done now and would be ready at 6. My husband gets there at 6:45 and still had to wait another 20 minutes. All the manager did was give a $5 I'm sorry coupon and said she would have a word with the staff, for a $200 Grocery order! This was my first and last time using the pickup service. What's going on with Mansfield service?

Customer service desk is not consistent with their hours, at times not open in the evening at all.. I"ve been trying to get a refund of being overcharged for sale meat for 1 month. A self check lady was able to refund other overcharged sale items but not meat department items, was very thankful for that (my ttl bill was $177.48, I didn't notice overcharges until I got home). Due to my hours I can't get there before 6 or 7. ALSO the store hours on their website shows store hours until 1 am, they've been closing at 12 for a little while now, I always see people going to the door when I'm leaving at that time which is my normal shopping time. I've noticed since the big purchase that self check registers don't always reflect the correct price, so Be Aware.

Great late night staff, however they have begun closing at midnight. Just a heads up for any other night owls out there.

Why have a customer service desk if it’s always closed! Three times now I’ve come in at normal business hours to get my tags and it’s closed! I like the store itself but it is way understaffed.

Hands down BEST STAFF AT ANY KROGER I've been to! They treat you like family. They listen. They care. It doesn't matter what amenities you offer at other Kroger stores, this staff is loving and warm and caring you will be a lifetime customer. I live minutes next to the bigger Broad Street location but because of this staff at this location I will go to this one no matter what!!

This Kroger store at 3001 Matlock road is the worse grocery I've ever been to in the 45 years of my grocery shopping life. I've been to this store twice in 4 days and both times there were no shopping carts at the entrance and each time the manager treated it as a joke when I said something. The store is understocked and no excuse can explain this away, it's poor management. One star is even to good for this store.

The only reason I rated it as one star is because I had to rate it something. About a month ago I came to Kroger to get some food that only I know that Kroger has. I need it because I have a food allergy. I saw when I came in the store that there were no shopping carts in the holding area. I am 66 years old and was having some problem getting around. I went to a clerk and asked where they were. I was told that I had to go out into the parking lot and get my own. I made my purchase without getting the cart and when I went to the checkout I asked the manager on duty at the time why could a cart not be brought in. He said that I had to go out and get my own. I told him that I don't think that I had ever been told in my entire life that I had to go out and get my own cart in any grocery store I have ever shopped at.Today I went in there to get three things. I looked down two aisles for the product. I then asked to clerks in one of the other aisles where I might find these products. They acted off hand about it and told me where they thought it was. I have been in other stores where they are more than happy to come and show you when they already know that you have had problems finding it. But not in this store. I was put out because of it because I went back up the aisle that he said he thought it was in. I didn't find it. By that time I was just ready to leave and not get the other things.I went to a clerk that was helping in the self checkout lane. I asked to speak to the manager in the hopes that he or she would be able to direct me to what I needed. The manager was called but after a 5-minute wait I just walked out.Apparently this is how they treat older people. Cast us aside like an old shoe.
