The staff is amazing, management is even better, they go over and above to meet and exceed expectations. Cannot say enough about these great people and the facility is all up to date and clean. Best storage I have ever used.

Rented a truck Thursday. Returned it 3 hours early. Got a text saying my truck was never returned. Got charged for two days and now they won’t answer their phone.

Nice employees but they did not want to comply with U-Haul rules. Didn’t want to add a driver nor want me to inspect the truck.

Do not rent Uhauls here unless you want to arrive and they don't have the right truck or any key in the lockbox. And the manager does not answer his emergency number and turns his phone off after one call attempt.

I’ve rented storage and u-hauls from all over and this is by far one of the nicest storage/uhaul facilities I’ve seen! Clean, well kept, and the guys there, John and Daniel, were professional and made the process quick and easy! Highly recommend Knapp Storage!

I rented a trailer two years ago and then again the other day. Both times I was treated very well and with respect. Both times they hooked up the trailer for me and made the experience easy. I will go out of me way to give them my business, truly top notch and that's hard to find.
