My wife and I purchased a table recently from Ivan Smith furniture. We drove 45 minutes to get it. Brought it home and found that the table had minor damage. After calling Scott and explaining the situation he drove personally from Mansfield to Grapevine to deliver us a new chair and new table leg to replace the damaged one.
They went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you Scott for your excellent customer service and thank you to the Ivan Smith Mansfield team for excellent service and expertise.
