Staff is excellent. They all really seam to care about the kids development as well. Not a fan of the 9am drop off deadline, but oh well. I will say that a lot of people may have different experiences, but from what I have seen, most things that may seem frustrating from a parental stand point make sense. Things such as the teachers "rotating". The facility is open to students/ children for 12.5 hrs. Its understandable that the same teacher would not work for 62.5 hrs a week. This doesn't account for lunches either. Also its worth noting that the state has mandatory limits on student teacher ratios so when a teacher gets sick, they may have to move children or teachers to stay in compliance. This was frustrating for me, but I would prefer that over a teacher being over taxed and my child possibly receiving sub par care. They have implemented an E system that allows for MUCH better tracking of things like diaper changes, feedings, and naps. The second it happens, you get a notification ( if you choose). The school curriculum for our pre schooler is great. But its only as good as you want it to be. If you don't reinforce the things they learn or work on things such as "ABCs" and handwriting at home, your child may not progress as fast as you would like to see, which took a while to figure out that I needed to ask what they were working on. It is important that this facility teach my children the values of Christianity as well, so I am happy that they are in a place that not only allows them to participate in things like prayer, but encourages it.Back to the staff, over all they are great. In the years I have used this center I have seen some less than perfect teachers come through. But they typically don't last long as the directors wont keep them around very long. I can appreciate that there are not many "chances" given to a teacher that just wont cut it.

We have been taking our kids to imagine nation for close 3 years now and we truly love the care we receive from the teachers, front staff, and the facility itself . The team keeps up with the cleanliness , they address any questions and concerns openly and immediately. Some teachers that have taught my babies since they were way smaller still love and care for them as if they were still their “ students “ . I see they’re constantly making improvements, and are focused on making the facility better .They did have a bar turnover rate during Covid , but in all honesty, what company didn’t ? We love the imaginenation family !

I really appreciate the true partnership between parents and teachers at Imagine Nation. There’s no question the staff shares with parents a goal our kids to grow in a happy and safe environment - helping to nurture well-balanced little humans. I enjoy it and better yet, my kid enjoys attending day-after-day.

This will be my daughter's 2nd year attending this location. We love it! The teachers are super sweet to her and have greatly helped with potty training while she is there. She is very excited to go every day!

This facility left me with a great deal of concerns which ultimately resulted in me changing the care for my 3y and 3month old. Returning to work while also finding care for both of my kids was hectic however I was very optimistic with how kind the opener/director of this location was, initially. During our time my oldest, who has been potty trained and in underwear since 20 months was not having frequent accidents, and remaining wet all day as she wouldn’t tell anyone she was wet. The “teacher” also seemed to never have any information/knowledge of events that lead to any concerns. While I spoke with the director about constantly being told “I don’t know” or “I wasn’t here”- the teacher remained unable to communicate/answer questions. My daughter also began repeatedly saying the phrase “spankings are for boys.” Time outs and reprimands/ intense tones/shaming has also been observed to occur from the teachers and director to the children. If you’re looking for learning/enrichment this place is not the place to attend as it seems they’re focus is just giving a space for “supervision”Of children while parents are at work.Based on observations the television or access to electronics is continual and not contingent on weather.Within the infant classroom- once you drop off, the place babies in a designated space, usually in a toy/object that keeps them from crawling/moving around and do not interact much. The teachers in the infant class also rotate quite a bit, and specific request from parents continue to be an issue because there is no communication. The cost of the care is significantly less than other facilities in the area but so is the structure, kindness from teachers and educational standards

I had two kids enrolled here, it was okay at first but then things started going south. The lady that rans the place is very nice, but the issue is the teachers. Some of their teachers are very rude, dismissive, unprofessional, disrespectful and inconsiderate. I showed up today at 9:01am, the lady saw me coming towards the door and quickly locked it then ran away. I stood outside in the scorching sun with my 2 kids for over 15 minutes, I rang the bell several times, she refused to open. I don't know what kind of training they give the teachers. It seems like lately they've been hiring a lot of not so good teachers. What I went through today was the last straw.

My child attended Imagine Nation Learning Center from January 2022-March 2023. First of all, there is extremely high teacher turnover. My child's classroom had at least 6 different teachers in his time there. I explained that my son was legally blind to each new teacher and the front desk receptionist, Connie, several times throughout our year here. I brought large print hand outs for him to use instead of the small print that they were giving him. Connie also advised she would provide large print handouts as well. Ultimately, he kept being sent home with the small print handouts and when I asked- the large print handouts were misplaced. On a few occasions, I would walk into his class to find him still working on a small print worksheet while the rest of the class had gotten to move on another activity. I tried to explain to the teacher that asking him to see something that he cannot is like asking a person who physically can't walk to run up a flight of stairs. My breaking point with Imagination was when his vision teacher was observing in his classroom and the daycare teacher called my son lazy and said that he had more vision than he admitted. (He has 20/300 vision and has had years of formal observation and diagnostic testing) The owners or management needs to provide training to the employees on treating littles with basic compassion and also the legalities of discriminating against a person who has a disability.

Finding good and reliable childcare is difficult especially as a working parent in the medical field needing early morning drop offs. Imagine Nation is just that place! The staff here are wonderful and are always either early or on time for the 6am drop offs and I love how they are almost always open without any random days off leaving us parents scrambling for child care. My 2 year old son thrives at this school and is not only well taken care of and loved but also learning so much each day! 10/10 would recommend!

It has been so great having a team dedicated to helping our baby develop. This was our first born and at starting daycare at only 2.5 months, we were stressed and nervous. The team here has helped us get on a good feeding schedule and keep her awake during the day so she is sleeping more at night. So happy we are here.

We started at this daycare February after having to switch last minute. My daughter was 18 months when she started so I was worried it would be a hard transition but the staff was super sweet, accommodating, and patient with her! We love it here, she is always safe and happy when she comes in and when we pick her up. Really lucky to have this daycare!

This place has been so awesome for my daughter! She loves coming every day and has learned so much through the preK program. The staff is always wonderful and I have never had an issue once since we started almost 2 years ago. I also am comforted knowing she is safe and happy during the day :) 10/10 would recommend!

We had both our (now 14 year old and now 9 year old) at Imagine nation when they were little. We have a new addition to the family who also started at Imagine Nation last summer at 8 weeks old. All 3 of our sons had Mrs. Sandra as their teacher and she is still there, 14 years later! In total we have been with Imagine Nation for over 9 years so far (2008-2015 and 2022). Service failures happen at any day care; but the team at IN have always been prompt with service recovery. They love our boys and work to make sure the kids are safe and the parents are informed. Many of the teachers have been there for several years.

Parents please beware. My daughter has gone to this facility less than a year and it has had consistent issues which I’ve tried to sweep under the rug and be understanding however yesterday was the last straw for me when I couldn’t find my child at all. I not only had to go to one but THREE different classrooms to find her. At any point this is extremely inappropriate and disheartening. The teacher even tried HANDING ME THE WRONG CHILD. After this incident I knew I could not trust imagination with the caring of my child or any child there. Here are a few other examples of my concerns throughout our time at this facility that were discussed but unfortunately never addressed:1. Our daughter went through 3 teachers and several more aides within this year alone2. There were as many as 15 kids in one classroom with two workers.3. No curriculum or education plans were consistently implemented for the kids.4. Our daughter who is being introduced to potty training at home (after the first 6 weeks) was not given this opportunity while at school.5. On multiple occasions our daughter came home with shoes on the wrong feet and/or no socks on her feet that she was sent with and given a spare pair in her bag.6. Not being communicated with properly in regards to Covid and the shutdown of the classrooms. Unfortunately we were always notified of a shutdown the morning of dropping our child off.It is disheartening that this was our experience. Yet, despite the unstable revolving door, the daycare did not stop pursuing maximum capacity enrollment - which was the largest contributor to all the issues listed above. We understand daycares being approved for various capacities and a desire to see those capacities reached. However, without a stable and consistent environment for the staff, children - where standard operating procedures and expectations have been implemented - then exceeding a manageable enrollment becomes dangerous. That is exactly what happened here. This became a liability risk for our daughter, and the others at the daycare.I would sincerely hope you do extensive research and careful review before sending your kids to Imagine Nation Learning Center.
