Purchased $500 worth of items a month ago. Tried to take headset back as we could not figure out how to get it to work.Employee said you only have one week to return items even with a receipt and to purchase a warranty next time.He would not provide any suggestions on how to use it.

The last two times that I have tried to visit this gamestop, there has been a note on the door saying that they will be back soon.I actually have had another unpleasant experience with this gamestop in the past, but I'm not even going to mention that here.If you need a game, just go to the Target 300 yards away.

Horrible customer service experience. I bought a 49.99 adapter for the Xbox one as a replacement when the original one went out after 7 years. When i got the product home it worked fine. I dont use my consoles everyday so im thinking were all good. 3 weeks later i try the console and its getting no power and the adapter is getting the red light indicating it no longer works. I try on 3 occasions to go to the local gamestop i bought it at. everytime during normal business hours, everytime the door is gated and locked. So finally I get some time on a Saturday to get in after work before they close. i was informed that im 3 days too late to exchange or get refund on the faulty equipment piece that they sold to me. Ive been a long time gamestop shopper and 50 bucks is really the hill they want to stick it to their loyal customer base on. Also phone customer service at the home office is bad. Dont shop at gamestop, Target and Walmart have better service and atleast replace the non working equipment they sell to you.

I went there craving some Pokemon cards for the new set. Dallas was the only employee I met and she was very helpful and engaging. She made me feel welcome and understood as another person coming from customer service. She was even willing to price match a $5.00 difference which can makes the difference. Thanks again Dallas for going the extra mile.

Most organized game stop I have been to and employee was engaged with customers. While we were there the employee even looked up where a customer could find a specific game within the DFW area.

So far no good, sitting outside 15 minutes after opening time and the doors are still locked.....kinda curious what happened to the caring for customer service at this place.

Went to this store on Christmas Eve wanting to purchase a Nintendo switch. While I was there the manager got into an argument with a customer while I was there. I bought my items and the manager asked if I wanted a warranty and I said no at first then I changed my mind the next second. He then said I had to go in back of the line then I said “I’m not about to play with you” then he called the cops on me and 4 officers came.
