The customer service at this Frost branch is lacking in comparison to other branches within the same bank, and falls short of the service offered by other banks. Despite the scorching 100-degree weather, there is no water offered to the customers, and no coffee available. however there were some cookies at the coffee tray. In contrast, other banks are going the extra mile to create comfortable lounges for their customers, making them feel right at home. Improvement is certainly needed in this Frost branch.

Within 2 days of setting up a new business account $964.28 was stolen from it. This happen in San Antonio as well from what the merchant I contacted said. They have been complacent about getting my money back. Don't not use this bank

My husband and I have been banking with Frost since 2016. The customer service is always great when we go in. I also love that when you call, you speak to a real person (in Texas). Any time we've ever had an issue, they were there to resolve it. Love this bank far better than the large corporate feel banks.

OMG- HORRIBLE customer service! From the time I walked in to the moment I left. Needed a safety deposit box, didn't currently have an account with them, was willing to open one however. Both the Branch Mgr and teller basically demanded I move my direct deposit (s)-I currently have 4, to their bank because "they build relationships ". Was Rome built in a day? I reminded them that relationships were BUILT and not in 1 day. Also, with it being a Friday, I was not prepared to move any money or Direct Deposit today. Once again, the Branch manager stated they did not want me using the (new) checking account I was willing to open strictly for the safety deposit box. What?!? I informed these 2 Karen's that Frost needs to spend some time and money in education to better assist their customers. #FROSTbites

Always have had great service in Mansfield. I have dealt with Paige on opening new accounts, closing accounts, wires, and numerous other special requests. She has ALWAYS been very professional and efficient. Keep up the good work!!!

Worst banking experience I've ever had. been banking here since I was 15 I'm not sure if it the new regulations with covid and not being able to see your banker face to face but the bank management is horrible! This past year I've had more problems with management then I can even count !

This "new normal" sucks. The inside area still isn't open and so you have to do everything through the drive up bank. Long lines coupled with not being able to understand the person on the microphone led to a 30 minute stop. There has to be a better way to service customers!!
