I can’t brag enough about how amazing my experience was here! As a visitor from out of town, I was treated like family by the whole team. Coach Sam and Coach John are super awesome and you can tell they love what they do! They all understood my personal fitness goals and welcomed me with kindness and support. They allowed me to join in on their group class and even try out their strength program (definitely would recommend) despite knowing that I wasn’t from the Arlington/Mansfield area, but if I was, this is the exact environment I’d want to be a part of! Thank you Fit Tribe Gym, I’ll definitely be back the next time I visit!

I’ve worked with Sam since FEBRUARY 2008 and was so excited when he and his wife opened their own gym. Fit Tribe is truly a family and I’m so grateful to have a safe place and trainers I can trust to teach me new skills, keep me on track with my goals, and strong.They offer everything from group classes to personal training which is perfect for both my daughter and I.We love our coaches and all the effort and care they put into training us.

When I first joined Fit Tribe Gym, I was not happy at all with myself. I was reluctant to even join a gym. Then when I read on their website:“Do you need to be held accountable?Do you need motivation? Or Weight Loss?Would you like to meet encouraging people?”And I answered yes, so I decided to contact them. I went in and met with Crys who listened to me and encouraged me to join. I signed up and went to my first class the next morning May 7, 2021. Best decision ever. Sam’s workouts are challenging but doable at your own pace. I have lost 30 pounds in 7 months using the gym workouts and multiple nutrition-based challenges. With the help of my new gym family holding me accountable, motivating me on the weight loss and having their support, I know I will continue to better my health.

I’ve been working out here over a month. I’m already starting to feel better about my health and working towards results. The coaches are great and really care about helping stay consistent to attain your goals. It’s go at your own pace, staying within your limits but pushing to a better you. So much, great people, great atmosphere.
