This place is not good at all, not sure what happened, way over priced, they do not have it together, totally unorganized like they have never ran a nail place ever. Also be careful when checking out, I just got charged 5 bucks more for a basic manicure than I should have been.

Been getting dip nails for a few years now from here and lately they aren’t lasting as long as they should, crack and splitting and coming away from my nail. Went in on a Sunday to get dip removed and just a mani so my nails can rest a bit… they suggested gel it will last longer ..ok sure do it…. Not even 2-3 days later the gel is already coming off … ??♀️ guess I’ll look for a different place again. ?Services: Polish removal

It is with mixed emotions I write this review ? I have been a Fancy Nail customer for at least 15 years exclusively. Tony and Tracy are the sweetest couple and always made sure their customers felt welcome and valued. Unfortunately, even though the new owners are related to them (Tracy’s brother and SIL) the level of service over the last few months is not the same.Today was the last straw for me! I went in for a mani-pedi. I brought my own polish (the last few visits taught me to have a at home touch up plan). I was told it would be an additional $10 to soak off the remaining gel on my toes since I was not going to be getting gel again!! Mind you I had waited 8 weeks since my last visit due to the declining service.After my mani - pedi, I had to file my fingernails into a “shape” and repaint a toenail once I got home! There are so many other things I could have spent that $75 on. In the future it will NOT be at Fancy Nail!

Second time coming here, came last year, thought things would be different but no, I think they have a problem serving black people. Both times they skipped over me to serve people (non blk) that came in after me. I spoke up this time. I won't be back

They talk horribly about their customers. Also the lady who did my pedicure tried to charge me 10$ to remove my gel polish that was already almost gone. She got up to leave 3 times within 5 minutes without bringing anything back and rushed through my pedicure the whole time. Absolutely horrible will not return.

If I could not give any stars I would. This is the third time I gave them a try. This time it looks like my little niece did my nails. $55 for this crap… I told the lady 4 times that she was missing part of my nail. She said cause it’s just regular polish that it’s going to be like that…really. Please don’t go here.

Allie is my go to nail tech for the last 3 years and does amazing job I’ll follow her wherever she goes!! Lily are also great for mani and pedi! Mary is great for pedicures if she’s available she’s always being requested!!!
