I had a very bad experience with the cashier lady who was serving, she has no empathy at all with children, the lady began to say that she couldn't serve me because my daughters were crying, one of 5 months and another of 2 years late making a return . more than 25 minutes why the lady didn't understand that she didn't want the products. I paid 150 dls of which they only returned 59 in one ticket and another for 16 dls. My money is not yet on my card. I hope I can get it back. The important thing was not that but that she began to say that she did not understand Spanish out loud. drawing attention. from the other customers so that someone would come help him. I tried to use my translator but she refused to help me for the sole reason that my daughters were crying (after all the time I spent with her) she was complaining about her ears repeatedly or goodbye I told her I didn't want the products and she said I couldn't make the return

I just picked up a few items. It was a quick in and out. Dollar General is great for grab and go. They have a fairly comprehensive grocery section, personal care, housewares and decorating items as well as party goods.

Sherry or smtngh working the night shift closed the registers early and said we couldn’t checkout after walking around with a basketful of items to purchase…She said she thought it was closing time so she closed it early…. The time is on the register….

Sherri closed the register early and almost locked us in. They told us to leave without being able to check out. Such a weird incident.

I've been coming here a long time. The customer service seems to have gotten better over the years. Josh helped me tonight, & he was absolutely great. Super friendly, careful with my breakables, etc. Great to have a place to run in & pick up a few things quickly for dinner, now including produce.

very very poor customer service and poor management the young man working the register needs to be fired or re trained i’m assuming the 1st register froze up he just yank the girl advil and ask ms personality if the 2nd register had money in it both continue to ignore the customer that was standing in line open the 2nd register then said next in line him knowing he had the girls advil fire him !!! retrainyour manager!!

Poor customer service asked about an item that their app says they have in stock. When i asked they said it probably came in the truck and made no motion to get one the just referred me to another store screw this place

Had to make a stop at this Mansfield location and the lines were short and the store was clean and organized. They actually have 1 self checkout lane.
