This is my second time going to this store in the MIDDLE of the day and they are not open!! First time I went, payment systems were down! Second time I went, they were closed due to being on break. Sign on the door stated they went on break at 5pm and would be back in 1 hr. Waited till 6 and saw multiple people turned around by employee. Not sure what’s going on….

Don't know who Nathan is or who he thinks he is!! Next time I walk threw the door and Nathan decides he is Super Employee and Follow me getting Too Damn Close. I will take that as a sign of aggression!!!

Based on my experience with the Dollar General store near my previous house, I didn’t expect much from this one.
I was pleasantly surprised.
This one was clean and well-organized.
Everything was easy to find.
If you need something quick and easy, this store will be more convenient than going to the Super Walmart nearby.

This is the worst Dollar general I’ve ever been in. The staff is incredibly rude & disrespectful. That one Mexican lady with the glasses needs to be fired asap!!! She has an horrific attitude. I work for a nearby nursing facility. I often shop there for my residents. She has given us nothing but disrespect and a terrible attitude. How is this the face of your business!!!!!!?

The Mexican lady working there today was a real smart one. Smart mouth I mean. All the customers were enjoying Easter but she was correcting us on the celebration. I forgot something and she immediately started ringing up the next customer and when I tried to be fun about the situation I said oh well she is right because she is working by herself. The people in line all said yes she is doing a good job. She said she did not know it was up for debate. This was around 4:30 on Easter Sunday. I was very angry but I did not want to make a scene so I figured I would say whatever I had to say here.

Line is always super long, cashiers chat with customers for too long. Literally 2 registers as one walks up front then walks away with 9 customers in line to go do something else. Worst store in Mansfield

Wish I could leave negative stars, this store has been exactly like the photos for a month now, same product in the same wrong spots and cluttering the isles. It's hard to even walk around the store, I've walked out more than once already. I think I have given them enough chances to clean up.

Awful, just trashy, literal trash covering the aisles to step over. Impossible to maneuver a shopping cart. Good thing I don't shop here, just swung in for one random item my son needed for a school project and reminded why I don't ever come here. Crazy dirty, spills, stains, messes, product on ground and so many blocked aisles.

Good location to shop!, honestly the staff is cool and very helpful!, they have prices you honestly can't beat! & the location is better than most. Ignore the haters and shop where you want! Dumbos are gonna say what comes out of there ass but if your smart, then just be you & go get what you need and don't judge. Enjoy

This is the first time I've been in this store and I was disgusted. Most Dollar Generals are terrible that's why I don't shop at them unless I'm with my mom. She likes them for some odd reason. This store certainly did not help in making me want to ever shop at a dollar store. Understaffed, and boxes every where. It's like a cluttered maze we couldn't even find everything we were looking for. The cashier was rude and didn't even bother to say hello she was busy on her phone talking to someone else, like she couldn't be bothered to do her job. I felt like an inconvenience to her. We won't be going back to this one again, I will drive out of my way to drive to a nicer one for my mom.
