I'm so frustrated with this pharmacy. I waited in line for twenty minutes and finally got to the front with two minutes to spare before closing and they had already shuttered the drive through windows. They didn't respond to the call button, despite it telling me they would be with me soon. I cannot believe the people running this pharmacy. I'll never do business with CVS again. I'm transferring all my prescriptions to Market Street down the road. I will be calling corporate tomorrow to voice my complaint to them. Such unprofessional behavior from the pharmacy employees.

It's says they close at 11pm. I got there at 10:55 and they were closed.

This locations staff are never at the front of the store. I'm it sure where they hide but they are not helping people.

The CVS employee was so friendly, courteous and helpful - even coming out to assist in selecting items required for my 3/27 procedure - definitely an asset to CVS!

The store opens at 7am. It's 730 and the doors are still locked. I can totally understand a couple minutes difference but half hour and counting?

Very easy staff to work with in the pharmacy. They have always found the most inexpensive option for me. Fast service thank you!

As I entered this facility, a lady who works here she was wearing a hijab— she was looking at people like she was disgusted. Mind you when I walked in I was behind other people & as I was leaving she was just staring at people with disgust. She needs to be fired never have I ever encounter that at a CVS

I rarely post reviews unless they are positive. This place is such a disappointment on every level. I will keep it short and say, the patient/customer experience is not their priority at all. If you are having a challenging experience with this location I implore you to call the corporate office and submit a formal compliant. Self-Advocacy is powerful and my hope is the “leaders” in this region take the necessary steps to address the glaring issues that impact many customers that call this place their “local pharmacy”. It’s time for change at this location. I hope one day it happens. And yes, I filed a corporate compliant with the corporate office.

This location is a scam. The representative at the window tells me a prescription is $27 but charges my card $127. When I call to address I get stuck with a guy who has the worst attitude and tells me once the precipitation leaves they’re of the hook
. Will not be returning to this CVS location.

This pharmacy drive through ID a joke. It has been getting worse as years go by. Waited over 20 mins to pick up my prescription. I was 5th in line. One car I believe dropped off an order and then waited to be filled. Store should require demanding folks like this to dropp off and wait for text that order is ready and get back in line.
Just for clarity, I made this post while in line.

This is one of those places that actually get worse and worse as years go on. I think the last time this place was efficient was 2016.

Allena, from the pharmacy, assisted me over the phone on 10/24/24 at 7:55 PM—just five minutes before the store closed. I didn’t expect anyone to return my call at that time. You went above and beyond to help me with something crucial that I needed, demonstrating true compassion and embodying the essence of healthcare.

Who ever is the general manager of this location is getting paid free money. Two workers talking in a store that has trash on the floor, messy self pay stations and smells of bad hygiene. It’s not the employees fault because most likely it’s poor training but o have yet to come in here and see any urgency to clean. These employees deserve better coaching and training.
