Proficient pharmacy staff. The store needs some TLC.
The restrooms are disgusting! I've talked to the manager, AND CVS. They don't think the restrooms are part of the customer experience.

Unfortunately i’ve come across multiple multiple times where i’ve noticed something very off about their foods. Today I found BROWN ketchup that expired LAST YEAR being pushed to the front shelf and others pushed way back. It’s the third time i’ve found way past old foods that has been on the shelves trying to get sold and it’s pretty gross. :/ Also have been once sold an already open then taped up chip bag on the bottom that I didn’t notice before it was too late… something is obviously wrong here.

Needed a liquid form of a pain med post-procedure, and they didn't have any available. Understandable, but instead of reaching out to recommend where I could get it today since its important the first few days post-op, they instead sent a notification that it'll be 3-4 days before it's in stock. I called to ask if another CVS had it, and they directed me to another pharmacy that also did not have any of the med. This wasted 4-6 hours of time trying to find a place that would not further delay care.

I don't understand why the drive thru allows people to sit for 15 minutes at the window. If you need insurance verified, etc, then go inside. Drive thru personnel can politely move people thru the line. I recent got to the drive thru at 7:40, and the car at the window finally received their prescription at 8:02 after which the window was closed. Ridiculous.

The pharmacy told my wife their system was having problems and to save the receipt and prescription to get refunded the difference. She paid double the normal price and when I called they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Rude, dishonest and the worst wait time for the pharmacy I have ever seen in my life. Go ANYWHERE else for pharmacy needs, this place will just piss you off.

I went to the pharmacy to get the RSV vaccine ( I am 35 weeks), the young lady had the vaccine in her hands went to the pharmacist who then sent her back to me and said can you make an appointment in the app and I can give it to you. I pulled the app and showed her the message that said no appointment needed it’s available. The young lady looked at my phone scrolled and went back to the pharmacist (at no point did the pharmacist speak to me directly), she comes back and said the pharmacist doesn’t feel comfortable giving you the vaccine…. My question is why is it being advertised to get the vaccine at CVS you legit have it and was willing to administer it? The young lady said “the pharmacist said it’s for 60years or older…. Well your app doesn’t say that and you didn’t lead with it. It’s being advertised as the healthy way to give baby protection

They closed out registers before closing time. They didnt attempt to accomodate patrons event though the store is still open. Precounting makes sense if its a slow night or closing all but one register. Doesnt make sense to have registers closed before store is closed

Was trying to pick up my prescriptions. I had a plane to catch pharmacy told me prescription will be ready that night before that morning 8 o’clock I’m still waiting it sad it really is.

i don’t even leave google reviews but this is the worst cvs you could possibly go to, the people are so lazy and they look like they’re unhappy to be there. they just stand around on their phone.i came in to get some chips and a drink and the self checkout robbed my $20 and i wasn’t able to get my drink or chips and i was there for 30 minutes and when i asked for help, they were clueless. said they will talk to their manager/boss and check the security cameras to see if i actually “paid” and told me to write down my number (which i did) and they never contacted me. it’s been months but every time i come here it’s just pure disappointment. honestly go anywhere else if you can

My wife was just out of surgery and she needs pain medication to manage the severe pain. They are out of stock in all pharmacies around the area, but the lady (sorry I didn't catch her name in my hurry) went out of her way to help me get whatever stock they have and ordered new ones. So my wife was able to get the medication in time and no interruptions in between her prescription. The staff at the pharmacy are always helpful and friendly, I am truly grateful for the excellent experience!
