I've used this location as my family pharmacy since 2019. I've got every covid test there, any prescription, even supplements. This weekend my daughter ended up in ER, the doctor sent four prescriptions here at 4:40pm.. I gave it until about 5:30pm & got a young guy at the counter, I said name for pick up. He said "none of those are ready, we close in about 20 minutes, we don't even have a couple of these." I asked which ones, he said it'd take a while but he could get me two. Knowing I couldn't even take my daughter home with just 2 of the meds, I said I'd wait, he was irritated. He said do you even know the price of these & showed me, I said yes & I have coupons to use as well. After not so happily getting them, he announced he was able to fill 3 in that time instead of 2. He gave me the total & I showed him my coupons, he got mad & said it takes too long to enter those, wanted me to pay. I said "why have any customer service right?" He said "you actually want me to apply those? We close in like 8minutes, it's a weekend!" YES I do want you to apply those & he said well it's going to take a while, I said I'd wait, that the last time I used GoodRX coupons it saved me over $50. He took my phone to the back, a nicer man was trying to teach him faster ways. He came back up, my total was about $65 less. I thanked him for doing so & paid for my things. I definitely didn't chose for my daughter to go into ER, especially on a weekend. This guy is in the wrong career path for sure! I will no longer use them for anything, requested the hospital to change her next round after surgery to somewhere else. Horrible experience when a family is already going through so much!

I have noticed service at the pharmacy has gone down in the last year but has now hit an all time low. They told me I already picked up my prescription, then a manager told me it was at a location 30 minutes away. I drove to to South Collins locstion in Arlington and waited 20 minutes in line. Every one in front of me had issues. Then they couldn't locate my prescription, very disorganized. The manager was very rude and I left. I will never go back to CVS for any reason. The staff is no longer properly trained.

Had to find a clerk after asking Pharmacy if there was anybody who could help me. The pharmacy person rolled their eyes letting me know the young lady, I finally found, wasn't doing her job. time around 400 pm. Never go there again...

I have NEVER been yelled at by anyone in customer service in my life. The pharmacy just took terrible customer service next level by saying the hospital did not know what they were talking about when the hospital just told me the same about him. Where do they get these people?

Good service but the pharmacy needs an update. It is falling apart and doesn't have a sterile feeling like it should. Give this pharmacy a makeover CVS.

Currently not busy. Pharmacy is not crowded. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Medication is always filled quickly and efficiently. A great way for your needs. C. Sutherland

I dislike going this CVS store and the one by Walnut street. As you can see in other reviews staff is not helpful.I just wanted to give Kudos to Senia!She was very helpful and patient!!! Its been a while since I have gotten great customer service in this location.

Seriously the most incompetent people I’ve ever dealt with. EVERY month there is an issue getting my medications refilled. EVERY SINGLE MONTH. Nothing has changed. Same meds, same insurance, yet there is always some hurdle I have to overcome to get my meds. I’m over it. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.

Even with the new self-checkout, it's impossible to run in and grab something without some problem holding you up. Same old CVS, hard to do business with.

I'm usually a positive person but when you go to this CVS multiple times because of it's convenient location but get disrespected every time you are associated with an employer. You kind of just want to warn people before they think of going here.All the employees look miserable and don''t want to be bothered. They don't greet you like other stores do. Greg is not friendly and gives an attitude. I once caught him yelling at someone when he should of just deescalated the situation. It looks like he is only friendly to certain people. He does not like to help and he does not like to smile.

I had a covid test at this location and over 72 hours later I had not received my results. I later got a call from someone who said they didn’t have my specimen so I would have to do it again. Not a fun process for someone who has been sick for a week now with no results. I do not recommend this irresponsible location.
