My experience here has not been congruent with the majority of the reviews for this pharmacy. I drive through and pick up my prescriptions, no complaints.

This CVS pharmacy sucks. I've been to a lot, but this one is the bottom of the barrel. Almost every time I have a prescription sent here, I'll check it on the app and it'll say something along the lines of "we're out of this. Tough s***. Call someone else". Like, really? They can't even let me know that are unable to fulfill it. They just let it rot on the vine until I take care of it and transfer it to a pharmacy somewhere else. I can see they aren't hurting for one star reviews, as they already have quite the collection so far, but here's another one anyway. Enjoy.

Don't know where to start I had bad experience from just calling to talk to pharmacy about prescription, they were super rude and didn't even assist me saying I have to call back because they are busy or come in.

So many bad experiences, I honestly don't know where to even begin. I always prepay for my prescriptions so when I go to pick them up it's an easier process, especially since I'm disabled and on oxygen it just makes things easier for me. I always keep the online records of payment as well, they wanted me to pay twice for medications I had already paid for. Even after showing them the proof of payment they wanted me to give them back my medicine because I refused to pay them again for something I've already paid for......The customer service is atrocious not only did I have to argue with them about this but I had to get out of my vehicle and come inside dragging my oxygen with me when I Just got out the hospital, just for them to say they were wrong and walk off no apology, nothing.

Pharmacy never has medications on hand. Always waiting for them to come in. Had to go to a different pharmacy.

If I could give Zero stars I would! The pharmacy staff is rude and unhelpful! Every month we have some issue with getting my sons medication filled. They don't tell me why just they don't know when it will be in to fill. I then get met with major attitude when I ask anything! I HATE this cvs! I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I have never had problems with any of the CVS PHARMACY until this one. When I talked to the tech she said it was the insurance causing the problems, the insurance company got involved and the called the pharmacy requesting to talk to the pharmist who was very rude to her. Needless to say we will be moving our prescriptions to another CVS. This store has a serious problem.

The Pharmacy here is ATROCIOUS. They hang up calls without taking them and leave you holding for 10 minutes, the woman I spoke with was nearly impossible to understand and she continuously talked over me and hung up when I asked her to please let me finish. This is not the first terrible experience I’ve had here either, I will not ever be back. Y’all need to do something with this store!!!!

Will not even bother answering phone or at least acknowledging my call by placing me on hold after 16min. Bathrooms are discusting!!!!

Closest CVS to my home. So sad as I used to enjoy shopping at CVS when I lived in another state. This location has a decent pharmacy (therefore the 2 stars) with nice staff (although it's pretty slow, but I blame than on insufficient staff, not on the pharmacy staff))+ positive experience getting flu + Covid boosters there. The store itself is poorly stocked, not particularly clean and generally not pleasant to shop at. Not recommended unless you have to. Two stars

Love this CVS. They know my face when I arrive in store. To pick up prescriptions or get some over counter meds. Always helpful.

Pharmacy had my prescription at 3:30pm. I went by at 4pm to give them my insurance and find out when it would be ready. They said come back at 6pm. I went back and they first said they didn’t have my prescription and then they said it was on hold because they don’t take my insurance. Okay I’ll pay without insurance. Well they don’t have it in stock. I tell them I’m having the prescription transferred then immediately ask Walgreens to request it. CVS NEVER sent my prescription despite the request. I needed to start this medication tonight before having surgery. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO COMMUNICATION.

Worst Pharmacy ever. Clueless employees that will put 0 effort into getting your correct prescriptions. They'll also forget to call you if they put your scrips on hold or simply not have them. Never going to CVS for prescriptions again, ESPCIALLY this location.

It's really disappointing that this location allows their employees to smoke right outside the entrance. They are supposed to be well away from the entrance but instead I came today and had to pass 2 employees smoking away with zero care for others. This is very disrespectful when they have customers needing refills for inhalers but they have to walk through a smoke cloud to get them. Its gross and not customer friendly.

Worst service ever. Will be responsible for my hospitalization for COVID. Had to go to drive through for service no one answers phone. Waited 3 hours for call but never followed through. Had to go to drive thru again only to find out no prescription was found like I never went there. You should be ashamed at the way you treat people will never use this place again.
