40 minutes before close. 1 person waiting on meds and virtually no one else in the store. Went to pick up a box of Tamiflu that the doc prescribed electronically. Pharmacy tech stated they are behind and I have to come back in the morning. I guess the one person waiting had an awful lot of meds that needed to be filled. I would have understood had their been a line with a few people waiting..

I love this store! Cathy is a wonderful associate, greeting each customer as they enter the store. It is well organized and I can always find what I need!

let me add Tori as comes on as nice all fake ! and then wants to be rude nothing change since the last review slow as ever tells you you can wait 20 to 25 minutes been here 30 when she said it was ready it wasn’t so wait again !! 🤬and don’t even get me started on the bathroom or the cashier up front very disappointed i hate that i moved here to mansfield and my insurance makes me use them they should take some advise from the cvs in burleson WAY BETTER STORE !!

My prescription is 2 weeks past the refill date. I kept checking it online, which says it's being prepared. Going into my 3rd week, I decided to call only to find out they don't have the medicine and don't know when it's coming in. I get texts for upcoming refills, refill is ready. Why no communication when your not able to fill. THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME!!! Now it's Saturday, I'll have to wait till Monday to get my doctor to send to a different pharmacy. Just some courtesy is all I ask. SMH

The people in the Drive-Thru did not want to do their jobs and assist me with transferring my medication. They just need to close this door down

My experience here has not been congruent with the majority of the reviews for this pharmacy. I drive through and pick up my prescriptions, no complaints.

This CVS pharmacy sucks. I've been to a lot, but this one is the bottom of the barrel. Almost every time I have a prescription sent here, I'll check it on the app and it'll say something along the lines of "we're out of this. Tough s***. Call someone else". Like, really? They can't even let me know that are unable to fulfill it. They just let it rot on the vine until I take care of it and transfer it to a pharmacy somewhere else. I can see they aren't hurting for one star reviews, as they already have quite the collection so far, but here's another one anyway. Enjoy.

Don't know where to start I had bad experience from just calling to talk to pharmacy about prescription, they were super rude and didn't even assist me saying I have to call back because they are busy or come in.
