My prescription is 2 weeks past the refill date. I kept checking it online, which says it's being prepared. Going into my 3rd week, I decided to call only to find out they don't have the medicine and don't know when it's coming in. I get texts for upcoming refills, refill is ready. Why no communication when your not able to fill. THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME!!! Now it's Saturday, I'll have to wait till Monday to get my doctor to send to a different pharmacy. Just some courtesy is all I ask. SMH

I had an amazing experience, the cashier was friendly and amazing too. I actually used my first name Deborah , but Nike is my middle Name. It is also my user name too.

The people in the Drive-Thru did not want to do their jobs and assist me with transferring my medication. They just need to close this door down

My experience here has not been congruent with the majority of the reviews for this pharmacy. I drive through and pick up my prescriptions, no complaints.

This CVS pharmacy sucks. I've been to a lot, but this one is the bottom of the barrel. Almost every time I have a prescription sent here, I'll check it on the app and it'll say something along the lines of "we're out of this. Tough s***. Call someone else". Like, really? They can't even let me know that are unable to fulfill it. They just let it rot on the vine until I take care of it and transfer it to a pharmacy somewhere else. I can see they aren't hurting for one star reviews, as they already have quite the collection so far, but here's another one anyway. Enjoy.

Don't know where to start I had bad experience from just calling to talk to pharmacy about prescription, they were super rude and didn't even assist me saying I have to call back because they are busy or come in.

So many bad experiences, I honestly don't know where to even begin. I always prepay for my prescriptions so when I go to pick them up it's an easier process, especially since I'm disabled and on oxygen it just makes things easier for me. I always keep the online records of payment as well, they wanted me to pay twice for medications I had already paid for. Even after showing them the proof of payment they wanted me to give them back my medicine because I refused to pay them again for something I've already paid for......The customer service is atrocious not only did I have to argue with them about this but I had to get out of my vehicle and come inside dragging my oxygen with me when I Just got out the hospital, just for them to say they were wrong and walk off no apology, nothing.

Pharmacy never has medications on hand. Always waiting for them to come in. Had to go to a different pharmacy.

If I could give Zero stars I would! The pharmacy staff is rude and unhelpful! Every month we have some issue with getting my sons medication filled. They don't tell me why just they don't know when it will be in to fill. I then get met with major attitude when I ask anything! I HATE this cvs! I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I have never had problems with any of the CVS PHARMACY until this one. When I talked to the tech she said it was the insurance causing the problems, the insurance company got involved and the called the pharmacy requesting to talk to the pharmist who was very rude to her. Needless to say we will be moving our prescriptions to another CVS. This store has a serious problem.

The Pharmacy here is ATROCIOUS. They hang up calls without taking them and leave you holding for 10 minutes, the woman I spoke with was nearly impossible to understand and she continuously talked over me and hung up when I asked her to please let me finish. This is not the first terrible experience I’ve had here either, I will not ever be back. Y’all need to do something with this store!!!!

Closest CVS to my home. So sad as I used to enjoy shopping at CVS when I lived in another state. This location has a decent pharmacy (therefore the 2 stars) with nice staff (although it's pretty slow, but I blame than on insufficient staff, not on the pharmacy staff))+ positive experience getting flu + Covid boosters there. The store itself is poorly stocked, not particularly clean and generally not pleasant to shop at. Not recommended unless you have to. Two stars

Love this CVS. They know my face when I arrive in store. To pick up prescriptions or get some over counter meds. Always helpful.
