“They were a great computer repair company... They said they couldn't fix my son's earbuds, so they didn't charge me anything... However when I got the earbuds home they were fixed... This company is so good that they fix things even when they can't...lol... I kid you not these people are very professional, very nice, and extremely helpful to their customers... I will definitely be referring all of my customers to them, and I have thousands of those.”

We had gone to Best Buy and went to the Geek Squad area. The workers were all so nice and friendly. The IPad was taken in and fully reset. The store itself had nice displays of technology which I enjoyed viewing in the meanwhile. Excellent service and excellent store.”
“I just had the worst experience with gamestop corp. The employees at this store are the ONLY reason I will shop at Gamestop again.
I was trying to use the 2 year warranty on my Xbox Elite 2 controller, however because they only sell the Core 2, which is the same controller but it has a different sku, it took me about 2 hours in store over 2 days for Corporate to finally allow me to warranty the controller. The associates at the store were very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and made sure to work with me till the issue was resolved. Thank you to the 2 ladies who were working to assist me, I'm sorry I forgot to get your names.”

I see some strange reviews on here that, honestly, I don't think they were good customers or were looking to shame this place into freebies. They have honest pricing and always allow you to test components before you buy.. and then offer a warranty. I feel they do honest business. Anything can "fail" at any time, new or used - electronics are no exception. However, I believe they do everything in their power to develop strategic partners with their customers and want return business from them. I've personally bought several computer components from them without issues, and they have been happy to test components I didn't buy from them as a courtesy. I've never been disappointed in their products or services.”

In other locations you're just a number (that you receive by tapping on a screen) and have to wait for eternity, while the associates ignore you and keep doing their own thing. Only after you go up and remind them that you exist, do they go into action. But this place was so different. And Andrea made all the difference. How I wish Office Max hired more associates like her. Thank you, Andrea, for instilling in us the belief that there's still hope.”
