This is a pretty nice car wash. Prices are in line with the industry. Staff is well organized and facility is clean. They do a pretty good job of getting your vehicle clean.

I always feel obligated to tip the guys wiping down the car after the auto wash, but am often dissatisfied with the finished product. Would appreciate the option of getting a few microfibers after the wash to touch up missed areas myself.

Went there for a detail and been here several times. They cracked my window while wiping my side mirror down and refused to own up to it. The manager has his minion come out to say they weren't responsible for the damage.. civil suit here we come

I came in after trying another local car wash and the attendant could tell. They made a very disappointing situation a very enjoyable experience. My truck went from looking like toddlers had attempted to wash it to looking as if professionals did. Thanks

Been going to this car wash for years but in the last 2yrs I’ve consistently gotten upset because they don’t even prep the passenger side of the vehicle with a pressure washer like they do the driver side. I’ve talked with on-site management and they suggest I request passenger side prep when purchasing a wash for an up charge. Since when is it acceptable for this behavior of a business. I will be taking my cars somewhere else thank you.

We went for a car wash today, getting ready to drive 12 hours to be with family after our brother passed away. We were distracted and noticed there was an unfamiliar charge on our bank account, but we were already in line.Not knowing there was an exit to turn around further up, we started backing up to find a parking space to take care of this charge. We accidentally backed into the stone pillar at the entrance of the car wash lanes. We only hit our side view mirror and the plastic housing came off the back.Already embarrassed, we decided to just pull through and get the car wash and worry about the charge later, even though this would leave us short for our trip. An absolute sweetheart of a man who was working the car wash payment lane today, ran all the way down to find our missing plastic housing, ran over to where we were waiting at the front of the car wash entrance, and put it back on for us. All the while being so kind, smiling, and telling us it was okay.He didn’t know what we were dealing with emotionally today, so he couldn’t have known what a blessing that kind gesture was to us. But it meant so much, and we will continue coming back here for any and all car washes in the future. Because human decency, understanding, and kindness, is what they’re offering here. Not just a clean car.

The car wash lasts for several weeks even after it rains. It is a little pricey and I had to have them re-wipe parts of the interior. The shampooing job is spit on.

Did the Express Super Clean for $49. It includes a wash, interior detail, and tire and rim detail. I'm giving 3 Stars as they missed a few places on the dash, and the console as well as a few other places, but overall I'm satisfied with my clean truck :-)

Always the best place to go get your car washed and cleaned. Prices are reasonable and they do a magnificent job. I go about every two weeks depending on weather during the week.

They're always consistent my truck looks great every time. Make sure to take cash to leave them a tip they deserve it! And no big deal if you dont have any, the cashier gives cash back!

Manager is super rude, I received a deep detailing. My bad carpet was still soak in wet, had to ask them to get the water out and they lost a part of the clips that held my Smartliners in. When I spoke to manager he took my number, was very rude and 3 weeks later still have not heard from them. Also staff acts like they don't speak English when asking about spots on car or parts that were not wiped down correctly. I tried to use them again and the machine turned off in mind cycle and I ended up with soap stains on my car.

Went to this location for a full car interior and exterior service. Paid for best quality, but when I left I noticed the exterior looked great, while the interior was left untouched. I spoke with the employees about the issue and one of them argued with me stating I did not select the interior clean. I had a receipt for proof and left with a unpolished and dirty interior. I've gotten this particular service before and it's always accompanied by a interior clean. My younger sister has never personally encountered these kinds of issues. It may have just been a one off experience, but I felt it wasn't dealt with properly by staff. I would likely recommend this location for smaller packages and exterior cleans, rather than more expensive and in-depth cleanings as from my experience they generally yield the same results.

Before the incident that happened, it was a decent car wash. I usually paid for a deluxe car wash with hand vacuuming and cleaning on the inside. As I was walking back to my car, I heard some of the ladies speaking Spanish. I am fluent in Spanish (however they wouldn’t have known that) but I heard one of the younger girls ask “do you think she will notice?,” but didn’t think anything of it because they wouldn’t be talking about me, right? That was until I got my car. I got to the driver’s seat and the seat was pushed all the way to the wheel! My seat adjusters are automatic and so as I am attempting to move the seat back, the motor is not moving the seat directly back but rather at an angle. It was broken. I drive with my seat all the way back and so that is when I knew that as the car wash crew was probably vacuuming and cleaning they moved it all the way up and broke it and did not bother to tell me but rather switch in a different language and think I am d*** enough to not notice damage to my drivers seat. They tried for over 30 minutes after I confronted them to fix the seat and they told me there was nothing that could be done about it! One other manager who was the only one with sense tried his best to fix the seat. After failed attempts, he was finally able to give me a quick fix to be able to drive home. I have not been back especially after buying a new car as I cannot afford anymore negligence from this car wash. When the experience is good, it’s fine BUT when it’s bad and they are at fault, it is absolutely terrible. They do not take accountability and I do not recommend this place to anyone and will never return.Services: Auto detailing
