Bought a refrigerator 2 days ago. Scheduled for delivery today. I explained how they would have to go thru the back yard and patio door. The salesman knew all this. And so did the delivery driver when he called on his way here. When then showed up he parked in the street instead of backing in the open driveway blocking the street. I could not understand a word he spoke. He refused to change out the water line which had a value on it. I had already turned off. He called some one.She an I had words over the water line which was part of the agreement. I had measured the patio door it would have came thru. The old fridge came in an it was wider. He refused to help me lift the 1 door off. I am 70 yrs old a could not do it by myself. The woman on the phone had already told them to cancel the delivery. I told him I would call my neighbor to help. He said they were out of time. I have been trying to call salesman numerous times. No answer. Keeps going to a different call center. Terrible customer service

I am a Best Buy plus member. I went in to purchase a wall mount for my 65" TV that I bought from Best Buy last year. Not even a year ago! I asked if they could install the TV mount?
They informed me that I would have to get the Geek squad to install it? I went to Geek squad and they wanted $270 to install mount! The mount itself was $149! So, I would have to pat over $400 total!? And this is the service that I get for being a Best buy plus member!?
Great customer incentives to keep me being a member!
I'll be canceling that membership!

Received a faulty laptop. Went back at earliest opportunity possible. 2 weeks and 2 days after purchase. Used literally one time. Just wanted to exchange for a working unit. Was told too late. Window for that closed 2 days ago. “Should have purchased the extended warranty.” Really? Have to spend extra just to make sure we get a working unit? FAILED with bare minimum customer service. They wonder why their brick and mortar stores are struggling. We are joining the masses and will never purchase from Best Buy again. Would have rated 0 stars if possible.

A typical visit turned into an hour long adventure and Jai was our redeemer! Ok, a little dramatic, but in all seriousness, Jai exhibited patience, understanding, persistence, and peace while leading my family through a journey to finding a solution to a problem no one knew would be so extensive. We are grateful to have shared this moment with her. Thank you so much for being the epitome of great customer service!
