First off communication was very good and well explained. When I first called to make an appointment I did not get an answer, however, I did receive a message from Daniel who cut my puppy Otis's hair, making sure he was able to assist me and he did, I made my appointment and I asked if I could take him early before they would open and he was very understanding and said yes! Second Otis hair was very nice! I did ask after if he could trim it just a bit and he said yes and had no problem with doing so! Otis haircut was perfect! And lastly the price was very affordable unlike other groomers! I Really do recommend this place!

Heads up, Belinda's Pet Salon has gone through an ownership change. I normally hear from Belinda on a reminder if we needed our Pomp groomed. So its been since Christmas last time for a grooming. Called Belinda's and was able to make a quick appointment, brought him up and the inside of Belinda's has been upgraded a bit to my pleasure. I was greeted by a husband and wife (new owners). Come to find out the ownership had indeed changed but the new owners want to keep the name and set up all the same for easy transition. The new owners are wonderful and very patient and listen to the request of the customer. We wanted our Pomp cut closer around the neck area and nails needed to be trimmed. We dropped him off at 8:30am and was called at 11am READY for pickup, normally that notification wasn't happening until 2pm or 3pm long time for the little guy to be caged stressing. I show up, owners are super happy and very appreciative of the business. I must say they DID A FANTASTIC job on him, prices did not go up. I had showed them a picture of how we wanted him cut, and they absolutely nailed it. My little furry guy is super happy! Thanks again! Please consider taking your pet(s) for grooming here they did a great job! SEND THEM THE BUSINESS :)

I have always taken my dogs to Belinda's and the service has been fantastic. However, I had a strange experience today. I called last week to make an appointment. Belinda was not there. I took my dog in today and the entire space had changed. None of the people from before were there. There was one person there that I did not recognize. Otherwise, there were no other workers and the entire space was different. Does anyone know if it sold?

I had to stop and leave the review. I walked in just to see if they had a spot and they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My kiddo Zack(doodle) came out super clean and slick this lady groomer is so talented. Definitely I’ll revisit here for my kiddo Zack.

This was the best haircut my poodle mix has ever had and May did an amazing job with my pup who's know to be timid and difficult. Both May and her husband were attentive and made sure I knew exactly how the appointment went, it made me trust them more. This will definitely be our spot from now on. Competitive prices too, I was surprised.

I have been going here for over a decade but I WILL NOT GO THERE ANYMORE!!! My babies haircut was AWFUL!!! Very choppy!!! Belinda said she was going to groom my baby and didn't!!! She didn't even offer to fix her or give my money back. I don't see how someone could do that after being with them for over a decade!!!

We brought our rescue doodle to Belinda's. She was matted and Stephanie was able to save our girls curls! She took such sweet care of our new little girl. Stephanie was so gentle and loving to our girl who came from a life of abuse. I deeply appreciate how much kindness and gentleness they showed to our Honey. Before and after photos below. Love this place! We will be back!

Belinda’s grooming is the best. They are so patient with my fur babies. My 2 Doodles always come home looking and smelling fabulous. Jennifer is the sweetest- I love her work- she is a grooming guru!

So I visit this shopping center weekly & this Saturday I was walking and I peeked because I love dogs so was curious but as soon as I peeked I saw the groomer grab a white shitzu looking dog by the neck & being aggressive with it . I walked away and came back 15 min later and saw her do the same thing . Myself as a dog owner I’d want my dogs being treated with love & respect yes dogs don’t listen but it’s not appropriate to grab them by the neck harshly and talking to them with no patience . I wouldn’t trust this place with my dogs . All living things should be treated with love . If you don’t have the patience for it don’t work as a pet groomer .Next time I will record them if I see this happen again

With one look at the squalid conditions of this establishment, I knew this was not for our fur baby! I'd imagine a decade-run respected business would be more in order.
