One of your drivers over in Golden, Colorado on Sunday wearing Flip flops ?and dingy white socks. I guess that's appropriate work related attire for BcB employees.

I asked the driver of this company to turn off the low beam because it was interfering with parking the truck at the dock. He answered me, I can’t do it because the light turns on automatically. Tell this driver that if you turn off the truck, the lights can also turn off. Not professional. Truck #7011.

BCB is truly concerned about safety, all day every day. Lot's of coaching and teaching safety with a positive attitude. Folks are friendly, only 1 dispatcher for nights and weekends, (300 truck fleet) I feel that this is poor driver support. However, almost every time I got a response to e-message in under 30 minutes. When I called and dispatch wasn't able to answer, they called me back in a timely manner. I was always treated with respect and 99% of the time with courtesy. Everyone has a bad day once in awhile. Compassion and understanding is very common at BCB. They care about their equipment and take care of every issue as it arises. Forward facing cameras for driver protection and training purposes. This can be a bit overwhelming at first but if you are open to the possibility that you aren't perfect and can learn to be a better driver, BCB will show you how to achieve this goal. They do fight for their drivers and challenge DOT as needed. Some of their customers have awful yards, I saw no improvement being insisted upon with these companies during my year with them. I am aware that it is nearly impossible to make other companies change for the better and have no knowledge what the management team may actually be working on, way above my pay grade. The management folks are available to speak with and do listen. I liked the people but it is a large company and they do follow their policies and procedures. All in all, it was a very good experience and I learned a lot. They are very proactive about getting you home when you need to be home and will listen and help whenever possible within reason. I do recommend this company but you need to be ready willing and able to improve, everyone can improve. Rarely are equipment issues left by 1 driver to be dealt with by the next. They achieve safety and community better than the vast majority of companies that pay lip service to these areas. It's unlikely a driver will "get rich" at any company but you will be "enriched" at BCB.

These people charge company drivers 500 escrow and find a way to keep it. I went from over the road to daycab and don’t make much money and they pay straight time and will keep your escrow. Stay away they don’t value drivers. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

A great company to work for, these guys may not have invented safety first, but they make it priority # 1 all day, every day. Thanks to all for all you do!

This company is by far the best I've ever worked for since I've been driving semis and I like how they are safety orientated I like how everything is looked at as a very serious situation in everyday driving and the staff is very courteous and professional and very helpful I'm thankful that I'm a driver here at BCB

I want to thank this people at this company for sharing with me the hospitality and amenities that were offered by two ladies at the office. These two ladies offered me to spend the night on the yard without me being a company driver there. I felt I was treated like BCB family. The lady that cleans was very friendly and had everything well organized and clean. If I ever come to live near here this will be the next door I will knock to be part of the BCB family. I hope they will open a company in Brownsville,Tx. There is a great business opportunity because is located near Matamoros Mexico where lots of products are made there and products cross every day.God bless them.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS! STAY AWAY! Terrible company to work for. They don’t respect their drivers or dispatchers.Especially, management who acts like they don’t know what’s going on in the workforce. All they do BEST is sit on their useless a$$e$ doing absolutely nothing. They are LIARS and never own up to their accountability. I feel sorry for the owner of the company because his whole management team needs to be FIRED.
