“Here at the 631 West Debbie Lane. Mr Juan is one outstanding employee. He assisted me in purchasing me Oil Pan for my daughter car. Because of the amount of the purchase he never got tried of me having to add card to pay the amount. At the age of 65yrs old a lot of people would have help me the way he did. He even had the part delivered to the location he’s at because I have no car. He is outstanding in outstanding person at I think God he was here today. His assistant meant so much to me and his helpfulness was worth a million. Thank you O’Reilly for hiring him this gentleman,”

“I only shop with oreillys after my autozone alternator went out 4 times in 1 week. Oreillys has way better electrical parts hands down. Great service everytime I go in to.”
“Want to start this off by saying I was there at the store the day Andre Gonzalez (the guy who left the second most recent review after this) was there.Andre was completely entitled and childish. He gave the employee a coupon that was expired then proceeded to make a scene after the employee said he could not use it. The employee then explained to him how oriellys would send him new ones to replace his old ones. However that was not good enough for Andre he demanded a discount right there in store. After the employee told him that’s not the policy Andre proceeded to yell and insult the employees as he was walking out. The employee kept it professional and courteous never raising his voice and kept telling Andre to “have a nice day”I’ve been coming to this store for years and never had any problems the guys are always great and friendly. I just thought it was wrong how an entitled customer tried to leave such a negative review because he did not get his way.”

“The one on 287 was great even tho they didn't replace my pigtail that got messed up after they gave me an alternator with a bad plug in. When I had the alternator warranteed which I shouldn't have had to do. The 287 Oreillys on ft Worth avenue made sure the replacement fit the pigtail plugin like the other one should have which would've save me time and headache, thanks Eric. Would've given 5 stars if they would've replace the pigtail that the alternator didn't work on.”
