“I had several issues that I needed help with. I spoke with Jason a the Mansfield office and he was so very helpful. He explained each issue, and what he could and couldn't do, staying on it until he knew I understood. I was never rushed or talked down to. By 4:00pm that day I'd been sent the papers that he promised, and had all my issues taken care of. It's rare to get such good service these days. I hope Jason stays with AFCU.”

“Navy Federal Credit Union is conviently located in the E Broad shopping center, passing the 287, serving military and their families with everyday financial needs such as banking, credit cards or even Home loan purchases using the VA loan.The location is new in an ample parking lot for easy access. They have an ATM outside and also an ATM inside as well. I have come here multiple times for money orders, cashier checks, and to deposit cash. Make sure you bring your debit card for easy access to bring up your account when dealing with the staff for quick and fast service. I also recently applied for a VA home loan through NFCU and got denied through their protocol.Customer service is great, and I'm always greeted with a smile when walking through the doors. “I recently visited Frost Bank in Mansfield for coin exchange services, and my experience was exceptional. After being turned away by other banks because I wasn't an account holder or they didn't offer the service, I called Frost Bank. A friendly young lady answered all my questions, reassuring me that I was welcome even without an account. Her positive and clear communication made me feel very comfortable. When I arrived at the branch, a middle-aged lady in a rose pink jacket assisted me. Her warm smile and efficient service were impressive, completing my transaction in less than five minutes. Both ladies provided professional and courteous service, making my visit pleasant and hassle-free. Although I regret not remembering their names, their outstanding service made a significant impression on me. The rules and regulations make no sense and really are a inconvenience, i.e. Why can I and another customer not transfer money from account to account if we both bank at Wells Fargo. I have rental property in another state and the fact the tenants HAVE to be on the same account for me to get paid is d**** The bank tellers at the front desk are wonderful people. Samantha has always given me excellent customer service. Every one welcomes my son and I when we come through the front door.”
