Sub-par customer service on their best day. Apparently even their employees (a) have no clue how to park or use parking spaces, and (b) could care less about the safety of customers making cash drops, ensuring those customers can't park close to the door. The entitlement of this staff is just astounding. I'm not a fan of big-box banks to begin with, but this branch really solidifies how terrible BofA really is overall, and how little BofA needs your business, wants your business, or even cares about their customers in the least. I'd rather bank somewhere else that has me drive even further to do business. Guaranteed, the extra drive time would be well worth it to avoid the BofA Mansfield (in)experience.

Got a great experienced in opening new account from this branch. Everyone is helpful. The branch has less customers when we came around 2pm . They are very accomodating, its a very well maintained Bank of America branch. They take time in taking care of each customers concern. ??????

I normally use the atm and this time I had to go inside. Never again. Stood in line forever with only one teller. Worst banking experience. Will be switching banks.

I think the Hispanic female can't count money. She put more money into an account than what the money order had on it. Plus, she always wants to know what my money order is for. If she paid attention to her job, she wouldn't make the mistakes that could cause her to lose her job. She gave the account 27 more dollars than what the money ordered said. Oh well, not my problem.

Very poor customer service online. You don’t pick and don’t help in anyway. Automated voice is breaking all the time and one can’t even get instructions properly. Please work on this!!!!! It’s such a mess

Great customer service which was timely and efficient. The staff were always willing to help answer questions and provide good balanced solutions and some great advice. Haven’t had a single bad experience since I started going there months ago.

Trying to speak to somebody for two days and I keep getting sent to voicemail. For a bank you’d think they would be put together. Shouldn’t be an issue to get a callback.
