Came in the replace my headlight and I asked Paul if changing it would be tedious and he said it was a simply fix and offer to change it for me and he even noticed I accidentally bought the wrong light and went in the exchange it for me. Idk who in charged of training the workers here but they doing a great job 😁

I waited 25 minutes after purchasing my item for the young man to come out and install them. It had to go back in the store twice to make sure he hadn't forgotten me. The store WAS slightly busy. This was NOT the young man's fault that was helping me. He stated that his Co workers seemed to have disappeared.

Love the customer service.
I came in because I had previously shopped at the O’Rilleys down the road (it was just closer to me) and wanted to get a new battery installed, but they refused because there was some cover to remove before getting to the battery.
When I came in to Autozone, a young man Joseph (I think that was his name I hope I’m not butchering it) was very helpful in getting the battery installed (literally had to remove a couple of snaps) and was very professional and courteous. I went ahead and got my air filter and a few more things I needed. 10/10 will be driving the extra 2 blocks to shop here.

Grey shirt Ray or Jay (i believe his name was) did an absolute amazing service of going above and beyond. My wife's car had a dead battery around the corner. He let me use the jump box get it going. Saved the night.

Place closes at 10. I came in at 9:25 because I needed a headlight. One of the associates was already counting the register and told me that I was not able to buy a headlight. I told him that I had a card and I was not using cash. And he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. I think it was very unprofessional, it would’ve been a very quick sale. And even then, they don’t close for another 30 minutes. So there should be no reason why I couldn’t have bought a headlight.

Good deal each time I go. Generally not a long wait, they have what I need, if not they find it for me. Mainly come for my wife's Ford Fusion.
