I very much appreciated the time Joshua took to help me with my battery and wiper blades. It was a hot day and he went above and beyond and took great care to install everything with a great attitude. Everyone here was extremely friendly and I'm so glad I happened to stop at this location today.

Jeremy McPherson was the 5 plus star. Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. I have never been treated kind and respectful as I was today by Jeremy.

Picture this…husband (who usually handles all things automotive) is out of town. The battery in teenage daughter’s car is dead. Husband mentions during phone conversation that he thinks it’s under warranty. I locate the receipt, jump start the car & make my way to the Arbrook store in Arlington. Feeling accomplished & independent, I make my way to the counter & explain to the associate my dilemma. Said associate announces, “yep it’s under warranty” and just looks at me expectantly. I asked what the next step is & he said, “you need to go get the battery out of the car & bring it in.” Um…ok. Teenage daughter asks me, “how do we get a battery out?” Obviously I have no idea & didn’t bring any tools but we’re strong independent women. We don’t need a man.As it turns out, you do however need tools. So, I jumped the car & drove it back home in search of tools. Unsuccessful in finding anything that would fit.The next day I decided to visit store #5948 located at 701 S. Cannon in Mansfield (because I’ll be damned if I’m going back to the Arbrook store). Jeremy helped me and was so kind and helpful. Joshua installed the battery while Jeremy helped me & it was quick and easy. I could not have asked for better service at the S. Cannon store. This is my new “go to” store going forward.

First and foremost customers standing in front of you are always priority, not those who call the store after you’ve began helping us. Secondly, don’t tell me you can do something then refuse to service me because you simply don’t want to. His name is Stephen the manager! This is unacceptable. Especially as a veteran

I was about to purchase wiper blades, and Justin H. Went out of his way to check to make sure they were the right type. They weren’t, he found the right ones and installed them just to be sure! I appreciate the effort, it saved me the time and frustration associated with getting the wrong part home and having to come back. Amazing service- thanks!

I can't even tell you how grateful I am for Jeremy. I needed help putting antifreeze in my truck and I had no idea what I was doing. I never expected the service I was given, because quite frankly, this hasn't been my experience with them over the years. But THIS guy- he was very helpful and thoughtful. He got my ac blowing cold for me again!! Very grateful for you Jeremy. Thank you. Peace, love and light. ✌?

A nice part house, but if you need basic technical help, go elsewhere."What's a Pontiac? "..8/2023"What's a hose barb? ".. 1/2024"How do you spell tee?"..Everyone has to start somewhere, it just helps the customer feel reassured in his/her purchase. Not to mention that if aptitude is in short supply... attitude would be nice.Found neither here in the last 12 months

They have parts! It is what you would expect from an AutoZone, including management in the back yelling for the staff assisting a customer to pick up the phone.

Because of the way our car was starting, we decided to get the battery checked at AutoZone. We got there at 8:30 p.m., and the associate there checked the battery, verifying that it was no good. She recommended which battery to buy to replace it, but we were told by the manager that it was too late for them to replace it since they were about to close. They told us to come back the following day. This was somewhat understandable, but I had a feeling that our car wasn't going to start the next morning. The next morning, the car wouldn't start, so we jump-started it with our neighbor's car and drove back to AutoZone. At this point, my wife and I were both running late to work and wanted to get the battery replaced as soon as possible, so that we wouldn't get stranded anywhere. I walked in and explained the situation, and the associate there rudely said, "We can't replace the battery. It's cold." I, trying to process what she just said, asked, "You can't do it in the cold, or you just don't want to go out in the cold?" It was because she didn't want to go out in the cold to do her job. She also mentioned that they were short-staffed as an afterthought, but I could see at least three people within my line of vision. I was confused and frustrated. We then drove to Advance Auto Parts, where they were extremely helpful and replaced the battery right away. I later called AutoZone and spoke to a manager about this employee's conduct, which I hate to do, and he said that he would address it with her as a learning experience. I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed that I can't count on the AutoZone that's right down the street from my house, especially in an urgent situation like this one.
